Incredibly difficult to deal with when trying to modify reservations, even within the designated “changeable” period. To their credit, Expedia made an effort to negotiate a refund, but the hotel’s management remained rigid and unwilling to accommodate even reasonable requests. Customer service was dismissive, showing little regard for guest satisfaction. It was clear that policies were being enforced with no flexibility or consideration for circumstances. The area around the hotel is desolate and uninteresting, offering little in terms of dining or entertainment options. It lacks the charm or convenience one would expect from a well-located accommodation. I would not recommend this hotel in any way. The only redeeming aspect was its traditional Japanese breakfast, which was well-prepared and authentic. However, a single meal does not make up for the overall poor experience.

ホテルがきれい。1階のフロント、ロビー、お風呂、レストラン全て明るくて広々ととしていて、清潔感有りでとてもよかったです。客室は畳部屋。古くさい感じは全くなく、とても良い雰囲気のお部屋でした。ベッドじゃないから部屋も広く感じました。(広かったのか⁈笑)お風呂も熱湯、中熱湯、ブクブク、露天風呂と有りゆっくり入れました。サウナは苦手なので入りませんでしたが、水風呂はキンキンでした。朝食も全部美味しかったです。手作り豆腐は特に美味しかった。心地よくゆっくりできたとても良いホテルでした。また泊まりたいし、友人にもおすすめしたいホテルでした。ありがとうございました。
