Amazing, beautiful views, spacious room. Very new, highly recommend. Make sure you call ahead and tell them your check in time. I was able to do this on the day of. The person on the phone did not understand english well, but I was able to use google translator. Tell them that you booked through expedia or whatever service. The staff was amazing. They greet you at the front gate and help into the lobby area. Once in the lobby, there were staff members that did know english and where able to streamline everything. The room was very large with double sink bathroom, private onsen, yukatas to wear, beautiful balcony space and amazing view of Lake Toya and the surrounding area. This property was connected via internal walkway to the main building where dining takes place. If you opted for the meals you will be given vouchers for your room’s dinner and breakfast. Just go to the dining area and hand them the voucher, they will seat you and you’re ready to start eating. During dinner there’s a set menu already at the table and a self serve buffet featuring amazing local dishes including sushi, crab legs, seared beef, soup curry, and more. Probably over 3 dozen different options and dessert. Similarly for breakfast, there’s a buffet with items such as ikura, squid, hokkaido scallop, and dozens of other dishes. Theres also stations for chef made omelets and onigiri. Theres also fireworks every night on the lake, gift shops, arcade area, open onsen, and spa

施設は最高でしたが移動時間が長い… 本館と同じような風呂の種類との違いがあると良かった。部屋の露天風呂もあまり温かく無かったのが少しマイナス。スタッフ対応、ホテル施設に関しては最高級。また泊まりたいと素直に言える宿で満足しています。

正面玄関から部屋の隅々まで清掃が行き届いている。洞爺湖を一望できるレイクサイドにありフロント、エレベーター、部屋、大浴場全てから最高の景色が楽しめる。スタッフの教育は大変良く行き届いている印象。ビュフェの食事が悪い評判であるが、実際に3日間食事したが最高の食材を使用し味付けも良く大変高級感のある美味しいものであった。ロケーションも含めサービスは最高。部屋の半露天風呂とレイクサイドのバルコニーは他ではまず味わえない。素晴らしいホテル。

新しいのもありどこも綺麗！ ご飯もそんなに期待してなかったけど、夜ご飯のケーキと朝食の勝手丼がよかったです。 客室露天風呂も最高でした。夏場は虫が入ってくるので、on-offのきく網戸など虫対策ができれば良いなと思いました。 彼へのサプライズで東京からケーキを取り寄せてホテルに届くようにしていただき、事前に打ち合わせしてサプライズ成功することができました！ 総じて最高の思い出になりました。ありがとうございました。

湖邊泡溫泉

酒店很新，景觀很好，如住高層的景色會比住花園樓層好，已包自助晚餐和自助早餐，早餐比晚餐出色，如自助晚餐可改為晚餐Set會更好，房內溫泉很舒服，望住湖泡溫泉感覺很寫意。

洞爺湖、絶景インフィニティ露天風呂

部屋の窓からの景色が最高です！ お部屋の露天風呂も最高ですが、大浴場のインフィニティ型露天風呂は、絶景でとにかく最高に気持ちよかったです！ お風呂につかりながら花火が綺麗に見えました！ 寝湯のところがあり、気持ち良すぎます！ 全体的にラグジュアリーな空間で、お部屋の露天風呂も最高です！ お部屋には、湯上がり後に外の景色を見ながらリラックスする、椅子と足を伸ばして座れる長い椅子がありボーっとできます。 ベッド２つのサイドにも、テーブルのついた大きなソファーベッドがあり、そこでゴロゴロくつろげます♪ 連泊してゆっくり滞在するのがおすすめです。 フロント階には、ブックラウンジがあり、そちらでは、コーヒーや、ジュース、ビール、つまみまで置いてあり、フリーで頂けるサービスが嬉しかったです。 そのラウンジからの景色も最高で、カモメが毎日やって来て、間近で可愛いいカモメさんを見れたのが嬉しかったです♪ すべてにおいて、大満足にくつろげる空間でしたが、夕食の水のテラスダイニングが満席で予約がとれなかったため、隣接するとなりのサンパレスホテル内のブッフェだったことが唯一残念でした。 水のテラスダイニングの会席料理をいただきたかったので、それだけが無念でした。 今回は一人旅でしたが、次回、パートナーとともに行きたいです♪ お部屋の露天風呂から、幻想的な満月と雪景色の写真がとれました！

It was an excellent experience staying here. Staff are polite, the buffet is good and have variety of choices. My room is using ordinary bed but not traditional tatami which is friendly to my mother that her knees are not good. Onsen is also good and have good view.

Everything was great until the open air private onsen was in use and then a visitor or some kid dropped by infront of our onsen in the morning. Was not impressed at all, in fact our privacy was invaded by some bystanders. Should consider isolating the area if the onsen are facing the lake. Besides this, everything else was great experience.

ロビー、部屋、喫煙室全て快適に過ごすことが出来た。 フロントスタッフに不慣れな感じがあったのがマイナス要素。チェックイン、チェックアウトがあまりスムーズに出来なかった。何か１つ質問すると暫く無言の時間があったり、目があっても無視されることもあった。とにかく流れが悪くこちら側も戸惑うことが多々あった。 ホテルの雰囲気は大変良かった。食事も美味しかった。大浴場も清潔が保たれていて気持ちよく使用できた。

gorgeous private onsen views..

The hotel only had twin beds and double equates to having staff pushing them together. I found the bed too hard. No feather soft topping like most luxury hotels. Buffet dinner had a wide selection but the main course selection yakiniku beef slices were not of a good cut. Plus they were thick and fat which made it quite difficult to bite. Overall a pleasant stay with a lovely view of lake toya that is unbeatable from our personal onsen.

絕對不會再有下一次

旅程中每位都對這酒店抱有極大期望，因價錢是最貴的一間，但發生以下事情令我們十分失望： 1）酒店頂樓大眾湯「湖中之湯」原來是熱湯不是溫泉，作為溫泉酒店只有房間中的是私人溫泉，難免失望 （但可以去旁邊的太陽宮酒店，但溫泉水只有一個池，其他都是熱湯） 2）晚餐的自助餐原來要去旁邊的「sun place 太陽宮」酒店到食，自助餐偏差 （原來沒有想過用這樣的價格是要去太陽宮酒店同其他太陽宮住客一起用餐，人十分多，限時2小時） 3）完全沒有服務，我們一行六人，有六個喼，員工見我們走時只是站在旁邊，沒有打算來幫我們搬上車，我們都生氣了 總結：如果這是平價酒店，某部分我可以容忍，但服務態度好差，幾百元一晚的酒店員工也不會如此，大家來日本就是因為覺得日本人服務貼心，點解員工完全無視我們！？去了十多次日本這是第一次發生 但房間的清潔度和裝修十分漂亮，私人溫泉有很好的景觀
