The rooms and the hotel in all needs modernising and updating. There was lack of cutlery, broken cups for teas and coffee. One resident got locked into the bathroom before assistance arrived. No hot water and lights power kept going off. Overall not a good experience.

The water in bathroom was cold. The plumber did not show up and staff advised they did not know where he was to resove the issue. One of us got locked in the bathroom where the staff admitted there were issues with some of the scews to the bathroom locks. The swimming pool had not been cleaned with broken tiles. Broken, chipped cups used for breakfast cups for tea and coffèe.
