"when i try to book room with Expedia, room is available. And i book room. But when i reached property they said “No Room” you can cancel the booking. (booking is not refundable ) then the property owner shouted and very bad behavior. I lost 900 rupees . And property owner ask me duble price if i need room. "

They currently have one manager handling both Fairfield and Four Points Sheraton, which has resulted in the food service being combined—breakfast at the Four Points building and dinner at the Fairfield building. Because of this, the restaurant areas are poorly maintained; tables are often left unclean, and guests are made to wait just to be seated. There are clearly staffing and/or training issues. I ordered dinner around 5:00 PM...

"Carpets were dirty with many stains. Room had a bad odour. Windows glass pane was dirty. TV remote had missing cover for battery and keys not readable. Room service replaced it.Reception said they would change room but alternate rooms same condition. Food at restaurant was very good. Service at restaurant was excellent."

"The descriptions says it can allow 3 people to sleep but they charged 1800 for 3rd person. I booked two rooms Please dont book this property. They vheat to just grab more money from you. The operator called us at 2:30 Am in the morning to disturb and say he will be generating bill. Very disappointed. Please dont book the property "

"Insetti nel bagno, lenzuola e asciugamani sporchi... Nella camera c'erano veramente poche cose pulite. Lasciate perdere e andate in un altro hotel, questo è solo per locali. "

"Really disappointed.. room and washroom were not properly cleaned. There was hole in the roof of the Washroom.. my wife got panicked and hadn't a bath. Washroom needs to clean and maintain property. Airport shuttle was fine.."
