Overall, it was a very nice stay. The property is well maintained and in a peaceful location. There appears to be only a few cottages/rooms. The rooms are modern, plush and very comfortable. Some nice extra touches in the rooms. Nice, thick robes, good toiletries and also some self catering items (kettle, toaster, fridge, cutlery etc). Views were spectacular. Room was one of the nicest we have stayed. And that 100’s Pool area was lovely. In fact I can’t fault the hotel in any department

beautiful tree house, quiet full of character a fantastic stay and perfect for a getaway from the normal life you feel as if your a million miles away. Has some nice touches sparking wine and chocolates on arrival and the breakfast basket is a great touch all in all would recommend to anyone

Blown away with the size of it! We got a free upgrade on arrival (probably due to staying in a couple of Meriton hotels on our trip). Our room was the full length of the block with a balcony on either side. Had its on chill out room as well as living area, dining area and kitchen. 3 TVs for the 2 of us and enough space to swing a herd of cats. Great place and would definitely stay again

The room had more facilties than a five star hotel. The attention to detail was impeccable. We only spent one night as we had other commitments but we'll definitely stay there next time we're in the area

The apartment was lovely, modern and clean. The receptionist was very kind and held my booking after my flight was delayed for 24 hrs. As i was there for 12 days, all my linen and bedding were changed midway through. Received a text to let me know when they would change them. Would stay here again

Well known hotel complex in the forest. Worth going for the wildlife , birds etc. Good tour schedule you can join. We did the bird walks early mornings. We chose a garden view room which was dark with wood walls and not enough lighting. The bathroom was adequate but a little out dated. The restaurant was good , staff friendly and bird life and walking opportunities beyond any expectations we could have had.

This was a one night stopover between flights. We chose it based on other reviews and proximity to airport as well at the availability of a two room apartment. It was spacious and very comfortable. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Easy, direct link to taxis and walk to nearby cafes.

Spotless room. Amazing location with views you’d never tire of There was an issue with our room and it was sorted immediately You do need to self cater as the tea room has very limited opening hours. However, the lodges are well equipped to do so

Fantastic Location, Fantastic property but let down by a few aspects. Dishwasher had been left full of dirty plates, that had obviously been sat for a number of day's as they stunk. Bedding in one of the rooms had be soiled by some form of local reptile so housekeeping hadn't checked very well. Reported issues with hotel reception on checking out (Only booked a 1 night stay) but never received any response despite being promised this would happen. The hotel was conveniently placed for a quick commute into Brisbane centre. Our apartment, like the hotel, was clean and well appointed and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The only improvement I can think of would be to have separate bins within the apartment for recycling - this would have seen me to give them a higher eco-friendly score.
