10/10 Excellent

"We have stayed here a few times. It’s convenient to the terminals and the rooms, although fairly basic, have all that we need when in transit. The restaurant and bar downstairs is very good, too. What was a little frustrating was the impersonal check-in and check-out service. We still required staff assistance as we wanted a second access card which the electronic system couldn’t cope with, both when checking in and out. Saying that, we will definitely stay here again."

"I loved the staff and their customer service but the place was under maintenance. First room had a very strong moldy smell and damp carpet. Second room that we were shifted too was quite nice but someone was smoking Marijuana in the room next or above so we could smell it through the doors even though there is a sign saying no smoking allowed. Shower pressure was very weak and dribbling. However the customer service was excellent"

"Ok for overnight , however , if I had known that there is a thin very steep set of stairs inside the door to manoeuvre you and your suitcase in just to get into the room I never would have booked here. There was approx (15 stairs) I was not able to lift my suitcase up them hubby had too. Also bathroom very ordinary old and door would not stay closed not ideal when using also no fan in there. Unfortunately room looked nothing like photos so which was the most disappointing quite expensive for what it was. Room smelt very stale and musty, bed very old and unable to open a window to freshen it up. Also room 218 right next to road down an alleyway between hotel and pool. Unfortunately would not recommend."

"The location is superb, facilities adequate and good on site parking. There is however no on site reception and all check in procedures are provided via Email. When there is a problem you have to communicate with an off site person (not sure where) either via Email or phone. The shower in the room was a bath with shower over and not accessible as I have had 2 hip replacements. Just make sure you request a walk in shower room if you have any mobility issues. The cleaning staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. "
