"Overall, great hotel: clean rooms and common areas, comfy beds, good water pressure and temperature, effective darkening blinds, plenty of room space, and adequate breakfast offerings. The location is near ISU campus and nice shops and restaurants at easy walking distance. Parking is inconvenient being in a ramp across the street. Not too far away, but be aware of this in poor weather. Positives out weigh any negatives, I would stay here again."

"We were on the ground floor and the people on 2nd floor above our room were very noisy, loud thumping and banging on the floor after 11 pm that caused us to startle while trying to sleep. Sounded like they were moving furniture and dropping large items on the floor. I would not recommend any floor except the top. Overall it was clean except for the exhaust fan in the bathroom. "We appreciated the kind staff however the room was not as we expected. The room was a bit stuffy and moldy-which I’m allergic to, so that was a bit difficult. Thank you"

"Hotel itself was good. Customer service was lacking. Called a week ahead and day of asking if we could check in an hour early. Got there and were told we couldn’t, then saw several groups of people check in while we were waiting, we tried again and then they let us check in. Also told them our room was out of hand soap and body wash and never got it taken care of our entire stay."

"The phone lines were down, so when I tried to call for service, I ended up having to go down to the lobby to ask how to use the shower. The person at the front desk was very professional and very helpful."

"Front desk staff seemed like he was not happy to be there. He did not tell us about the continental breakfast, check out time, asked if I was a Hilton honors member, etc. Seemed annoyed to have to look up my member number by phone number. Alright neighborhood and room was decent - definitely need some work in the room and cosmetic upgrades."

"This used to be much nicer with much more attentive staff. Staff we talked with, English is a second language. A bit difficult to understand The room furniture was well used, sofa bed showed lots of wear and tear. Bed was comfortable. We had an issue with their "room service". I would never order from them again. Overall, if you are just staying the night, might be worth the discounted price."

"Absolutely atrocious! No one was at the the front desk when we arrived at 3:30 pm to check in. Waited 25 minutes until someone came from the back to check us in. The pool was closed due to maintenance. There was puke on the stairs. The floors in the front entrance were sticky. "We came here late Thursday evening after severe storms in our area left us without electricity and water. We woke up early Friday to a room literally swarming with ants and packed up as quickly as possible, all while brushing ants off of ourselves.
