"The location is great and very convenient, but unfortunately that’s the only positive. The host never responded to any messages, making communication extremely difficult. The property photos — many items shown are old, broken, or completely unusable. There was no outdoor lighting, and the glasses were dusty and poorly maintained. My friend and I spent a lot of time in the accommodation and auxiliary facilities, as it was such a wonderful accommodation to just fall asleep and leave."

"A beautiful little inn that has two private Sento (baths) and jazz music playing throughout the day. The rooms were clean and quiet. I had a Japanese style room with a futon but Western rooms with beds are also available. Breakfast changed from Western style to Japanese each day; maybe you can request a specific meal type. The Keith Haring museum is just across the street and there were a few onsen and restaurants a short drive away."
