"It was hard to take luggage to the chalet’s. They were very creaky rooms made of wood. You could hear everything in the loft when a person moved. The faucets were leaky, so you could hear drips while trying to sleep. The hotel triple beds room look like prison camp rooms. Very small tight and little. Not much room for luggage and to move around. If you like glamping. This is where you need to be. If you like luxury or comfort. No way Jose!"

"I've now stayed at Grand Hotel Europa twice, and unfortunately the experience has been consistently underwhelming. On both visits, the hotel was undergoing active construction. I don't recall this being disclosed upfront during booking. For a property presenting itself as a hotel of this caliber, that's a meaningful oversight. The air conditioning in my room was problematic, it never quite did its job, which made for an uncomfortable night. What stood out most, though, was the staffing...
