"Room was comfortable. Hotel needs to invest in pillows. I am glad they were able to accommodate the extra person we brought. Breakfast is really good. Location is in the middle of the city key points. Too bad: croackroaches infestation on our last day/night. Our party of 5 had to be moved to new rooms. This left a bad impression."

"Don’t book this hotel! I never do reviews but this time I felt I had to. The staff is horrible. The doors are locked and opened by staff. Several times I had to wait 10 minutes for the staff to open or hope a guest is leaving through the door to open. The staff are not helpful and you have to figure things out by yourself. "The stay was good for over night. I would just hope they focus on cleanliness a bit more. Found lots of hair that was long (I have short hair) all over room and bathroom. Once found a ball of hair and don’t even know where it came from. Also it’s pretty obvious that they water down the shampoo to make it last longer. Pump into hand and all of it leaves hand immediately. Focus on guest experience more. "

"Great hotel in an excellent location close to everything. The breakfast was superb with a wide variety of options. The rooftop relaxation area is very nice, and the view of Serra do Curral makes the place even more pleasant. The room was good and spacious, but the bathroom was quite old and in urgent need of renovation."

"Old, noisy room. Traffic noise through the dilapidated windows. Paint was peeling off the old windows frames. Hair on the shower floor. Hard water stains down the walls in the bathroom. In one of the sinks, the cold water did not work, and judging by the stains around it, it must have been disconnected because it was leaking. Breakfast buffet very poor. Dinner was over priced for poor quality food. Altogether very disappointing, and desperately in need of renovation."
