"The staff were lovely. As it was our anniversary, we were given a beautiful room overlooking the water tower and the lake. The room was exceptional - the bath tub, huge! The hotel itself was within walking distance to almost everywhere - the lake, the river, the magnificent mile. There were cafes and restaurants very close by. We had a fantastic time in Chicago because of this! "

"This was my first trip to Chicago and I hope to always be able to return and stay here. WONDERFUL place to stay that’s within walking distances to bus stops that can get you anywhere. The rooms are phenomenal, you can lay in bed and control the lights in the room. The shower is wonderful. We stayed on the 8th floor so the view was okay but not horrible. Lastly , hats off to the front desk. Each person was so helpful and always welcomed us back to the hotel with a smile and asked if we needed...
