"Definitely clean accommodation. Convenient parking and exit. Halloween decorations were very nice. It took me a day to figure our room temperature. I understand importance of cooler temps but I'm older so I like my room warmer. I ended up buying a throw blanket at nearby Target to make the temperature comfortable."

"Non smoking floor had someone hot boxing the bed was comfortable but the ac unit and traffic sounds were loud. The bath did not hold water for the "jaccuzzi tub" and they are not as service animal ada friendly as stated. Breakfast was not well kept up with only pastries were ok. Would not stay again. Also it is 10 min from the beach not beach side. There was no "beach access" as advertised."

"There is a difference between dated and rundown. And unfortunately, I found my room rundown. I based my stay on the good reviews of this location. And while overall the property is clean and appears nice, the room that I stayed in was I guess as clean as it could be, but it still was dirty. The walls are paper thin. I could hear the people beside me talking, laughing, coughing, etc. To me, little things like a fresh coat of paint, new carpeting, things like that could make a huge difference in...

"The breakfast was delicious! I chose this hotel because of the pool. The pool was “under maintenance” the whole weekend so I never got to swim. And our room did not have any hot water. We told the front desk Friday night and they said they would fix it. We left to go to dinner. No hot water Saturday morning. We let the water run and turned on the sink and still not hot. My husband took a cold shower but I refused. Sunday morning still no hot water. I called front desk and he told me to try all...

"The room was semi clean. The bathroom was disgusting. I called the staff for help with the TV and i waited 2 hours for no one to come to help. The walls are paper thin. You can absolutely everything and anything in the walls and the halls. The bed was super stiff and not comfortable at all. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone."

"Needs to update it's to old"

"acceptable for the price, bathroom had obvious water damage on ceiling and a wall."

"I strongly advise others to think twice before staying at this location. Do not reserve a room here—not now, not in the future. Based on my experience I had with a particular staff member named Avy, I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Management needs to take accountability and address this behavior before another customer has to go through the same ordeal. Further action will be taken on my behalf to ensure this matter is brought to the attention of the appropriate parties and handled...

"Overall the hotel room was nice and clean, my issue was with the bathroom. There were a few gnats (or drain flies) in the bathroom which is a bad sign of scum buildup. The toilet clogged up a few times. Thankfully it didn’t overflow, just needed a few extra flushes. The toilet seat and lid were loose from the toilet itself. A good place to stay if you just need a bed at the end of the day. The diner across the street is a town staple, but it’s closed on Mondays and a crosswalk would be...

"I cannot say anything positive."

"Our rooms were on the third floor in the elevator was broken. The sink in our room was marble and broken in three places and put back together very sloppy with caulking. There was a whole punched in our bathroom wall. There were cigarette burns in our sheets the refrigerator looked like somebody drug it behind a truck plus it was rusty. I am not sure how this hotel received a 4.1 star rating. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was fairly clean, but there was a used bar of soap left...
