"This was my first time visiting Kyoto, and I highly recommend this hotel! The check-in process was very smooth, and the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. The room was quite spacious, and all the facilities were new and very clean. The blackout curtains worked perfectly, and the kettle, hairdryer, and shower were all great. The hotel staff were always willing to help with any questions or requests. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Kyoto!"

"My husband and I had a great stay here. It was our first time in Japan and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. The super king room had a huge bed (could easily hold 4 people if needed), and a large bathroom area. The AC worked very well. The location was perfect for getting public transportation, and there were a 7-11 and restaurants within walking distance. A beautiful hotel also."

"The hotel has nice lobby and rooms. Close to Kyoto station, cost only about 800 yen to hotel, and close to few cultural sites. The staffs are friendly, and helpfull. I and my wife love the japanese breakfast thwy served."

"Clean rooms. Well appointed with coffee/tea/snacks and mini bar. Very relaxing. Restaurant was very good for dinner and traditional Japanese breakfast (NOT Western style if that is your hope) walkable to transit, convenience stores, restaurants and some traditional temple sites. Welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. Would recommend! "
