"The room was absolutely gorgeous, very clean and had the amenities needed.
The shower was absolutely amazing oh my days.
Lovely staff, all pleasant.
Spa was absolutely spot on, so relaxing.
Breakfast was delicious. Evening meal was delicious too. "

"Excellent hotel only complaint and it’s a little thing just no granola or yogurt on the Sunday at breakfast but Saturday was spot on and Sunday still had almost everything. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to family and friends "

"Overall experience ok, staff friendly but only one staff at the morning breakfast and have to wait for 20 mins just to order.
Room was basic for Bannatyne standard. The standard double bed was very uncomfortable as it was combination of 2 beds joined together leaving the gap in the middle. Shower was flooded and toilet flush buttons not working properly. A bit dissappointed."
