"Starting with the good— the person checking us in was kind and helpful. Breakfast is quite good as it usually is for Hyatt Place. Pool was pretty good. The not good—AC unit was incredibly noisy. We didn’t have hot water for showers one night. Lots of airplane noise at night from PHX Sky Harbor. When we checked out and was asked “how was your stay” I said “fair” and the person didn’t seem all that interested in what wasn’t good or seeing if anything could be improved."

"My son and I stayed at this location for a quick visit to the Splash land that is just a few minutes away. I was pleased with the check in process and the front desk staff. They were pleasant and helpful. My main concern was the smell of the room. It smelled like body odor and sweat. I didnt want to inconvenience the staff so I went to the nearest grocery store and bought clorox wipes, a febreeze air freshener and a scented candle. That helped a lot and made me more comfortable. "The staff was kind and we had a nice tidy room. The pool area was lovely, and well stocked with clean towels. It was too bad the sports bar didn’t have services with food or beverages in the pool area, but it wasn’t a game changer. I would stay there again. Overall our stay was very good 8/10."

"Room was great, clean and spacious. Breakfast was good. My only complaint would be not being aware of a daily parking fee. Customers pay a daily rate for parking and then are told they are not responsible for any damages, lost, or stolen items to the vehicle."
