Roaches on floor in hallways, very run down, toilet didn’t work, tv didn’t work, no WiFi, no breakfast no pool and the desk attendant had calls forwarded to her cell phone and put on do not disturb so she “can get sleep”

Other than seeing a person at check in I didn’t see anybody else no housekeeping, stayed 2 nights sheets not changed no trash can in room no toilet tissue no telephone.

Dead roaches on floors, people living in stairwells, desk worker had calls automatically rejected so she could get sleep (her words) no internet/tv, no toilet paper, toilet did not flush. No breakfast like shown on picture, pool was empty, piles of Sheetrock everywhere

The picture of the hotel and the actual place it's not the same looks, and I didn't feel safe and comfortable because of the location and the way hotel looks like, it needs a lot of cleanup and maintenance the price is good but I prefer add little more money and a better and clean place

I have lived and traveled all over the world including rural Africa and Asia and I have never been in a hotel room as filthy as this one. I don't know how it could possibly pass inspection from the department of safety and hygiene.

They are very unclean it’s hot as hell literally they don’t have all working tvs the showers are not good the toilets don’t always flush all in all it just nit a good hotel if you just need a place to stay this is it but if you looking for a place to enjoy a vacation or trip this hotel is not it at all please don’t get bamboozled by the fake reviews I’ve stayed at this hotel a lot over the past 3 years and it was always out of desperation and it has not improved one single bit in that time the only nice person there I believe is the property manager her entire staff tho trash they are not nice they don’t enjoy doing the job and don’t do it well the equipment they use to clean up you would think they are slaves i genuinely hope they either get bought out or just rebrand

Pictures on hotels.com did not match current state of hotel. Carpet was dirty, trash sitting in piles against the building, multiple obvious drug addicts loitering on property. Very terrible experience.

The best way to discribe the building, the room..is tear it down and burn what's left! Mold throughout the room. The card reader on the door was hanging loose and not working. I ordered 2 king size beds... I got 1. The mattress was comfortable especially if you are a bed bug.

Place was dirty, unsanitary, and it needs a lot of fixing. The hotel needs to be refurbished and needs new appliances and new furnitures My pillows were old and dirty and all they put was clean pillow cases My bed was dirty and the curtains are old and needs to be replaced also they are falling apart as well Respectfully I am sorry to say but I was not comfortable at all and I didn’t wanted to leave my luggage and my personal items behind

The pictures of the hotels are not actual. There is NO elevator in the hotel. There is an actual sign on the door stating that the hotel supports local authorities in handling drug activity and prostitution. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL.
