My room had no pillows on arrival. The bathroom door had a hole in it. And there was a lot of trash in the hallways and by the elevator

I want my money back for one night
It was horrible I requested a refund for one night and they said I had to go through the booking agency to try to get it because I didn’t like the the way it smelled nor was the bed comfortable at all I didn’t sleep the floor they gave me was noisy very noisy almost every one on the floor was out they rooms talking loud all night it was horrible

Dirty, bleak, and dark.
This was by far the dirtiest hotel room I have ever stayed in. There was so much grime on the outside of the refrigerator that I refused to touch it to open it. Then to top it off, the toilet took two hours to fill the tank and would not flush during that time. Unacceptable.

The staff was nice, but that cigarette smoke was to much. I didn’t know I chose a smoking area and it was horrible on that 3rd floor. I had to go to work smelling like cigarettes cause it was all over the place. The bed was to small for two people and It was supposed to be double beds.

Worst place to stay.
Worst place to stay. Price was inexpensive for a week stay but I am guessing due to the roaches they have and the toilets not working properly. Room that was reserved first had a leaking toilet so they moved us. A day later someone came in with a key card and stated they gave him that room. Luckily I was there and had to get issue squared away because I got front desk personnel telling me we had to check out when my week was already paid for smh. After the week I told them my husband would be getting laid off soon so I would need to go day by day. Personnel in front office told me to go every morning before 11am to pay for following day. 2nd day to pay they tell me my room was reserved the night before. They moved us to a smoking room that smelled even worst then the first room. Oh yes second room smelled like pure fish. Not only did we sanitize the whole room even mopped and swept with Clorox. Even sprayed the walls. Do not recommend. Rooms we’re unsanitary and personnel did not have anything organized.

The bathroom had blood on the wall beside the trash can where it looks like someone threw a tampon and hit the wall, the amount of crud and nasty build up in the corners of the room tell of the lack of sweeping before mopping, and the staff was hard to get a hold of and to the window.

There were roaches in the fridge and crawling around on the floor. Get up in the night and turn on the lights, I saw countless roaches just scurrying under counters and fridge. Complete disgust. Property wouldn't refund any money but i left anyway after staying only 1 night and prepaying for a week. No way would i stay here or any other Wood Spring again

Only one night
At first glance, the room looked nice and clean. We left and came back that's when I noticed baby roaches in the bathroom (on the toilet, on the shower, and in the tub). The refrigerator was filthy on the outside. The water pressure in the shower was almost nonexistent. It took forever to take a shower because the pressure was so low. The bed was very uncomfortable. It reminded me of a pull out sofa bed. It was literally a single mattress on a metal frame. To top it all off, the heater did not work! We turned the heat on before we left the room. We made it back to the room 5 or 6 hours later which is plenty of time for the room to be nice and warm. The room was still very cold. We turned the heat up and it never got warm. The "blanket" was tissue paper thin. I held the "blanket" up to the light and could see straight through it. The whole time all I could say was "it's only one night." Never again will I stay here.

Worst experience EVER!!
I was in tears with this stay… I stayed because I had no other choice! But there were roaches crawling everywhere!!! The whole place smelled like weed and the heat did not work!!! I couldn’t sleep and have on thermal pants, sweat pants, thermal socks, a hoodie and a knit cap all night!! It was so cold!!! I couldn’t believe I had to stay somewhere like that and pay for it. This hurt my heart so bad.

The only good thing was the amount of stores and eateries nearby. Fridge didn’t work but got a replacement. Water pressure was horrible. Had to use a cup to bathe not enough pressure at shower. Had to leave clothes in suitcase because drawers were dirty. Sheets were very thin. Elevator smelled like weed as well as hallways.

The rooms looked like they where clean until you went in to open things and check it out under the kitchen sink was really nasty they still had shoes under there from A previous guest and it was not wiped out. the air conditioner unit was the most nastiest part of the room I turned it on and dust just went everywhere so I opened it to take a look and that to was so nasty like did they even clean the air conditioner

The staff was very accomadating despite how late I checked in. The place is cute and modern, from the outside. However, the one star is kind of well worth it. The elevator needs a good wipe down. The hallways smell like mildew. The rooms give you kind of a dorm vibe, but very efficient. The water pressure was so low, the shower wouldnt even turn on. Not like i couldve taken a shower anyways because i didnt have a shower curtain and i only had one towel in my room. The place is nice if youre just looking for a place to sleep or get by. Not a good vacation spot!

The property is roach infested, dirty and smells like an.ash tray. There's no onsite cleaning staff and the front desk isn't always staffed. It looks decent from outside but inside is a dump.

I was in room 226, and there where a few issues. First the wall next to the bed had stains on it, next the floor didn't look like it had be cleaned. And when I went to take a shower there was very low water pressure and the drain didn't drain. So I went to the store and bought some Draino, lucky that worked. But the worse thing is I started to see roaches by this point I was already 3 days in. I stayed in the room across the hall room 125 a week prior and it was that bad. Needless to say, I booked a room at the other Woodsprings in Bossier City for my last 30 days.

There was a stagnant odor in the room. The blinds didn't close all the way, and room on ground level. Even though it was late in the night, there was a lot of foot traffic around the building.
