We had a hole in our room by the restroom, covered with painters tape, lots of hair and buildup behind the bed just disgusting, staff was great but hotel needs a real redo. Stay somewhere else. Motel might have better just saying. elevator needs a cleaning TRULY OUTDATED HOTEL

Make sure you plan your stay accurately. Getting your money back if your trip is cut short will not happen. Expedia and the hotel will go back and forth blaming each other and giving thousands of reasons why your money cannot be reimbursed.

My room had some ants in the bathroom, cockroach in the toilet in the morning. I had 3 tries and finally got an unused room. Granted their network was down so I understand the situation but not impressed with the lack of quality of the room. Carpets stained, couch stained, and ac fan wouldn’t turn off. The staff was amazing though!

The place was awful. Who not clean the rooms No shower curtains. The water in the bath tub would not turn completly off. Would never stay there again . My girlfriend complain about that room all weekend. Just awful

Upon arrival, I was given a room that was already assigned to someone else and I awkwardly interacted with the person and had to get it corrected. Outside of that, the stay was quiet and clean.

Dirty room and nasty Bathroom. Hung up every time I called. Mold under airconditioner and rug. Blue stain on lamp shade and socket loose on lamp. The faucet on sink lifts up. Just an awful place.

Smells of mold. I sat at the counter for 20 minutes before anyone showed up to check me in. The whole place was filthy. I’m surprised that Wyndham would allow their name on it. Totally disgusting. Third world sleaze motel

Customer service was very disappointing. When I first arrived to check in, there was no one at the front desk for over an hour. Once someone finally arrived, the room I had originally booked was not available. Unfortunately, the issues continued throughout my stay. The fire alarms were pulled from my room, and the carpet near the A/C unit was wet, which raised concerns about the condition of the room. Room service also failed to change the sheets as requested. Overall, the experience was frustrating and did not meet the standard I would expect from a hotel. The only thing that was somewhat decent was the breakfast. Unfortunately, that was not enough to make up for the numerous issues during my stay.

My room was 111. It was not well clean, it smelled like urine by one of the beds, also, the was mice droppings in one of the beds. The area where the AC is located, the base is coming off and there are ants. The floor carpet was dirty as well. Staff is nice and helpful.

The staff was great—friendly, welcoming, and helpful. However, the hotel itself is in desperate need of some MAJOR TLC, and I mean MAJOR! I stayed in Room 231, and the condition of the room was unacceptable. There was a hole in the room, rust in the bathtub, and a toilet that was loose and wobbly. To make matters worse, I accidentally dropped my phone behind the bed, and when I reached back there to retrieve it, I was absolutely disgusted by the amount of dirt, dust, and grime that had accumulated. It was unbelievable! Thankfully, I was only staying for one night to attend a wedding before heading back home. I even brought my own sheets and blanket, which turned out to be a very wise decision. Had I known the hotel was in this condition, I would have booked somewhere else without hesitation. Unfortunately, by the time I realized how bad things were, the wedding was only a couple of hours away, leaving me little choice but to stay. The staff deserves recognition, but the property itself needs serious attention, maintenance, and a thorough deep cleaning. There is absolutely no excuse for a hotel room to be in this condition. My advice: If you have other options, PLEASE stay somewhere else. I would not recommend this hotel until some major improvements are made.
