"I almost always stay at the Horseshoe when in Shreveport. The newly renovated rooms are very nice and the security is a huge plus with cameras in the garage parking area. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I do not use the Casino."

"Excellent hotel. Room was clean, spacious, and well-lit. Everything worked. Bed was particularly good. Shower was a bit slippery and I was glad there were some sturdy grab bars. Parking can be a little tough. Not a criticism, just a FYI because it's a bit unusual: there are a lot of restaurants nearby ..."
