"This place is truly a hidden gem. Close to downtown for the restaurants and activities, but in a nice neighborhood. So much here, beautiful rooms and even a big backyard. The comman areas are delightful, and our room was even better. Enjoyed the big soaker tub with the jets."

"Disgusting hotel never stay here. Toilet was clogged when checking into the room with nasty stuff and wouldn't flush. Towels and sheets super dirty. Whole place smells like smoke. This property needs to be demolished it's so terrible"

"The staff were great including reception and restaurant. Issues were holes in the sheets and cracked glass windows looking outside towards the river. For what I paid, I expected more."

"Nice place for an overnight stay. Property is relatively new but some worn scraps and scratches on the furniture and walls. There’s a train that runs close by but not terribly loud."

"Hotel was under construction. Pool was closed (green & not working). Room smelled like mildew. Boardwalk does NOT look like photos. There are few shops and dilapidated."

"The keys needed to be tried on the doors multiple times - a minimum of 5 sometimes over 15! Checking in after 3 pm I was told the room wasn't ready and would have to come back after 4. Came back after 4 with 3 people in front of me checking in and after more than 45 minutes I finally got checked in! Tried to check out a day early at 0800, no one at the desk. Waited over 2 hours to check out. I was told I would still be charged the 3rd day from my reservation even though I checked out a day...
