"My first time at shangri la. Amazing experience! Very kid friendly. Without prompting, the staff rolled in an extra kids bed and left kids toothbrushes in the bathroom. Real attention to detail. Highly reccomend!"

"Upon checking in one of our rooms had a leak and the staff were helpful and offered us a new room. The hotel is well maintained and clean. Very convenient if you want to go to the Night Bazaar.The scent when you enter the hotel lobby is quite strong. Other than that our stay was excellent and I would recommend this hotel."

"Everything was great during my stay! I was there for 5 nights and never felt any inconveniences. It’s right in the heart of chiang mai center so you have access to the river park, the night market, and the night life. Everything is clean and there’s always someone around if you need help."
