"Always a pleasure to return to Villa Lucica. Valentina is a wonderful host."

"Location. I think of locations as two things. First proximity to the ferry, train and bus station. House Sandra is within minutes of the Split Riva and the Diocletian Palace as well as great restaurants, the beach, and the old town. "Had everything we needed, (bed/ac/bathroom) but was very small and no common area at all. However we loved the location. It was a 1 min walk to the Riva and situated around some delicious restaurants."

"The gentleman that met us at the property was very helpful. He helped carry our bags up the stairs and stored them after we checked out. We received a voucher for breakfast at the Luxor restaurant right across from the Cathedral of St. Domnius that was excellent and the staff there was outstanding as well. He arranged for a driver to take us to the airport also. We were very comfortable and highly recommend this lodging."

"Room was impeccable. Very close to everything. Staff very helpful and communication was exceptional."

"The self check-in instructions provided by the staff were clear and very easy to follow. The room was comfortable, clean and well equipped. The location is excellent - you can walk to the center of the old town in about 7 minutes. There is a parking lot just up the street from the building (less than 2 minutes walk). It is very busy, but if you can find a spot the rates are very cheap (I paid about 5 euros for a 3 day stay)."

"Best location, love it, close to the beach and restaurants."

"4 flights of stairs to carry luggage up to room. Room was clean."

"Good place in split to stay close by everything, the staff nice and helpful. However there is no elevator just be mind full the apartment is on the 3rd floor"
