The facilities are amazing when traveling with kids. Lots of different activities available to keep you and your kids entertained. However, the food and the food variety are very disappointing. If you’re not picky or don’t care about the food/drinks, this place would be a 5/5. If you do, I rate it a 3/5 because of how disappointing the food was.

Unforgettable Family Holiday at Marvida Hotel

Our holiday at Marvida Hotel with three families exceeded our expectations. The facilities, activities, and especially the attention of the staff made our vacation unforgettable. Chef Nusret's delicious meals, Animator Mustafa's enchanting Magic Show, Waiter Furkan, Bartender Murat, and Bartender Barış's bar services, Animator Cumali's energetic animations, Barista Salih Bey's expertly prepared coffees, and our Front Desk Manager Mehmet Bey's hospitality and professionalism all added immense value to our vacation. Each of their devoted efforts turned our holiday into a perfect memory. I extend my heartfelt thanks to Marvida Hotel and all the staff. We are already looking forward to our next vacation!

This is a nice family hotel for a reasonable price. Stuff is very friendly and smily. The room we stayed in was very good, spacious and clean, with a nice shower and a huge balcony. The room was very well soundproof. It was very calm during the night. And the blackout curtains kept the room dark during the mornings. I liked the coffee place a lot and the choice of ice cream was good. There is quite a well equipped gym and nice indoor swimming pool. Beach area was well organised with a lot of sunbeds. And the sea was really great. For the cons: The swimming pools were not heated (it was the end of October) and very cold to swim. And the food was very repetitive.

The hotel management were extremely supportive via my elderly mother's comfort Mehmet Bey from customer services was always there to assist us. The hotel is on huge green field, with many facilities. Open and closed pool available. Especially location is very green, between lakeside river, sea and water resources. In between Side and Manavgat centres. Quiet convinient. They are targeting jump from 5 stars to ultra lux level. Entertainment and foods are enough but not extra ordinary level. Rooms are quite large, simple and modern. There are also villas exist for entire families. Recommended as family type holiday with lots of facilities and activities for children.

We stayed in a lovely villa and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Marvida hotel which had many swimming and was extremely kid friendly along with easy access to the beach. Our only dislike for the kids is we was not aware that the kid rides were not including within the price as situated within the hotel complex, However this was made up with the customer service which went above and beyond. Nothing was too small for them to deal with and most definitely one of my best experience. A massive thank you to Yesim Asik and Mehmet. All enquiries we had also prior to travelling were dealt with fast and promptly. thank you once again. Amanda

Great place to stay with kids. Good service, friendly staff. Not much to do outside the hotel, although you needn’t leave. Food was good but a bit samey after a week. Plent of drinks available

Staff was very helpful - they were friendly and very polite. Villa rooms were very nice and bed was comfortable. Pool was a bit small for all the guests and it was too crowded at times. Food options were great. The beach was beautiful. kids club activities could be better they were all very short - the activities were done outside area rather than inside it was too hot to do anything some days. the team members for kids club should speak english and turkish at least - many of them didnt know either.

It had everything for a family holiday. Some of tge staff could have been a bit more helpful. If you ask for something, they just point it to you to DIY. The reception staff, bell boys were great. We have a few issues and they resolved it. The manager also agreed we can check out late which was good.

Leider sind wir mit der Hygiene absolut unzufrieden. Die Zimmer wurden nicht richtig gereinigt. Ausserdem hat es sehr oft katastrophal gestunken, da mit demselben Bodenmopp alles gewischt wurde zuerst die WCs und danach die Zimmer. Wir haben sogar beobachtet, dass nach der Reinigung der Toiletten direkt der Speisesaal geputzt wurde das ist wirklich ekelhaft. Auch die Betten wurden nicht ordentlich gemacht. Ich bin absolut unzufrieden. Das Essen war ausserdem immer dasselbe und überhaupt nicht abwechslungsreich.Den Pool konnte ich kein einziges Mal benutzen, da das Wasser viel zu kalt war. Auch die Abendunterhaltung war leider ein kompletter Flop.

Für Familien mit Kinder eine super Anlage, da den Kindern mit den zahlreichen Angeboten nicht langweilig werden kann. Bei der Auswahl am Essen ist man leicht überfordert da es viele verschiedene Gerichte gab, veganes, Detox Getränke, Diät, kindgerechtes etc. Kinder Club Team wirklich sehr sehr gut, jedes Kind wurde miteinbezogen und positiv motiviert am Geschehen teilzunehmen.

İlk günden itibaren güler yüz ve ilgi gördük. Çalışanlardan asla olumsuz bir tavır görmedik. Yemekler gerçekten çok iyiydi. Akşam yemeği deki pastalar öğlen de olsa daha güzel olur. Hiçbir olumsuz deneyimimiz olmadı ve çocuğumuz çok eğlendi.
