"We have enjoyed Pickalbatros Sungo. The property was very clean. The staff very polite, welcoming, nice and helpful. Pools were very clean. We have enjoyed water park. Food was fresh and abundant. The weather in March (end of March) did not cooperate and we had couple gloomy and rainy days but this was not the fault of the resort. "Cet hôtel est génial pour les familles, tout est fait pour se détendre. La formule tout compris inclut petit déjeuner, déjeuner, goûter, dîner et bar avec boissons soft à volonté toute la journée. Les repas sont variés, on y retrouve des plats marocains et occidentaux. Avec plus de 4 nuits nous avons eu 1 repas gratuit dans le restaurant le Fès qui est traditionnel marocain. Il est très bon aussi. L’hôtel effectue du change sur place, la différence n’est pas énorme par rapport au centre-ville....

"Hotel is lovely with lots of activities and the recreation team is lovely. They have child activities where u can leave ur kids and enjoy some time alone. House keeping i dnt find very impressive with room bed sheet not changed everyday. Rest of the cleaning was good. Very nice hotel outside Marrakech perfect for families and there tour organiser as well. They are very helpful. "

"Hotel was nice clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff was all AMAZING especially Fatima she did my welcome meeting and helped in finding the best excursions and tours.The hotel spa was also AMAZING did my first hammam massage and it was great, had an amazing experience. The food was ok, being in morocco i really wanted that authentic Moroccan cooking but unfortunately the hotel was more mordern in the foods. After 2 nights and the food was the same i ate dinner out the rest of the time....
