"Wir kamen an und niemand war da. Hotel zugesperrt. Nach über 20 Minuten fand ich jemanden in einem Zimmer. Er verständigte dann den Chef. Nachdem wir unsere bestätigte Reservierung gezeichnet hatten bekamen wir ein Zimmer. Das Zimmer war extrem Kalt, die Heizung funktionierte nicht. Außentemperatur am Morgen 6°C.
