Found a loose tile in the bathroom. Toilet is too low for an adult and we are over 55+ and no grab bar to assist getting up.. I couldn’t get hot water when using faucet.

Stayed here for one night on a road trip and was pleasantly surprised! Amazing price for a very good room! Room and hotel were clean and had all that was needed. Free parking. Rooms and hotel were a bit dated but for the price, it’s unbeatable. Would stay here again!

When I made my reservation I asked that the couch/bed be made up. Upon arrival there were no blankets or sheets for the extra bed. I called down and asked for them. Instead of bringing them to my room I had to go all the way to the front desk and get them myself with my small grandson. Tub was filthy, Ana there was a smushed fly on the curtain and window. No breakfast or any amenities. Will not stay here again.

We ordered a suite for 2 adults and 1 child and the room explained it had an extra couch/hide-a-bed in it but instead it was a tiny room with barely any room to move amongst each other and the bathroom was very tiny. The door to the bathroom didn't shut all the way. One of the lamps didn't work. The outlets in the room didn't work, except for the tv and the internet on that side of the hotel was terrible! The AC unit made this loud screech noise every 30 seconds for 5 seconds and no one was able to get any sleep. This use to be a good hotel for my family and I but I have noticed things changed ever stay since. Over-all I will never stay here again unless I get the room I pay for.
