"I got what I paid for as this was a cheaper price than our normal hotel. Our room had no fridge and I booked the room specifically with one. The room was as clean as possible but still had grime on the ceiling. Our bathroom had a toilet that ran or would not flush. The best thing about the place was the staff. "

"A nice, clean hotel with adequate room amenities. The hotel lobby and hallway was well lit. My room was clean and its aesthetics were nice. The bathroom was clean. The shower functioned well. My bed mattress was soft and the bed was a bit squeaky. The windows didn't have the shear drapes but just the main curtains. The TV, fridge, and the microwave worked fine. The continental breakfast was okay. They had three types of cereal, bagels, and sandwich bread, milk, two juices, apples, and coffee....

"Unsafe and unacceptable. My daughter cut her foot on glass in the room, and there were pills left on the floor. Clearly not cleaned properly. Management was dismissive and told me to go through Expedia instead of taking responsibility. Would not recommend. "

"The front counter person did not welcome us. He just asked for our last name. I gave him my credentials and he gave me keys to the room and then said the elevator was out. I asked for a refund and he gave it to me without question. He said all elevators were out in other hotels as well. He recommended the Drury and we stayed there. "

"It wasnt a horrible place to stay, I stayed in worse having to go up north for children's doctors appointments, but the pool was under renovations when we stayed which wasn't a big deal"

"Clean rooms and facilities. I enjoyed the pool and that the TV can be turned to face the desk. It’s really nice and in an up-and-coming area. You can walk to a couple of restaurants. Everything was spotless and easy. Breakfast had a good variety of hot and cold food. If I'm ever back in town, I will definitely stay again!"

"Room was great. Check in staff was very friendly and helpful. Very good buffet breakfast. Blueberry muffins were outstanding! Buffet ran out of eggs before 8:00 which was disappointing."
