Bom hotel

O hotel é bem confortável e as imagens representam bem o que é o hotel. Quarto espaçoso e custo benefício muito bom.O ponto negativo fica pela localização, que apesar de ser perto da Pub Street, a ruazinha onde fica o hotel é pequena e não muito convidativa.

Sijainti todella hyvä! Lyhyt matka pubikadulle ja yömarketille, mutta kuitenkin tarpeeksi kaukana melusta. Siistit isot huoneet. Jos olet aamu-uninen, tämä ei ole hotellisi, sillä vieressä alkoi koulupäivä heti aamusta. Aamupala ei saa myöskään kehuja.

立地は　バッチリ　ナイトマーケットや　パブストリートに行くにも便利❗ 近くに　1㎏1$のランドリーもあって　汗だくになって　何度も　着替えても　大丈夫❗ ルームNo.305のスイートは　バスルーム　シャワールーム　トイレが　すべて別々で　バスルームには　可動式シャワーが　あるので　日本のお風呂のように　バスタブに　お湯はって　洗い場で洗って入る事ができて　気持ち良かったです❗

Für zwei bis drei Nächte erfüllt es seinen Zweck

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt kann man dieses kleine, recht familiäre, Hotel durchaus empfehlen, zumal man sicher tagsüber in Angkor Wat ist. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und sauber, das Wasser warm und Geschäfte etc. alles in Laufweite. Das Frühstück wird alla Card bestellt und fällt demnach nicht wirklich positiv auf. Auch der Poolbereich ist recht mager gestaltet und bietet mit 5 Liegen nicht wirklich Komfort, aber für eine kleine Abkühlung reicht es allemal. Auch der Service ist nicht so besonders bzw. man muss selbst immer hinterher sein.

On first look the veneer of this property is pretty. However going to my room was another story. There are large foundation cracks on the walls. My room door did not fit in the frame of the door. There was a 1.5-2 inch gap in it. You could see into my room between that gap and the locks were visible. The door also had cracks in it that let the light in. I felt very unsafe. The drapes had water stains all over them that had dried a brown colour. They had boxes of toiletries to use, however most of them were empty. I also had two burnt out bulbs in my room. The shower stall smelt like bacteria, like when you put away wet clothes. One of the sinks had grime coming from it, in a line dribbling down to the drain. When my room was cleaned they did not clean that. It is clear to me that, they did not check the room thoroughly before I checked in. As it was late I did not see everything till the next day. I am appalled that they would allow a single female traveler to stay in a place like this. I checked all the other doors and mine was the only one like that. On the upside, the floors are kept clean and the bedding is clean. The food on the menu is perfectly fine. I also had some issues with the WIFI and it took 24 hours to resolve. I also had the opportunity to check out the inside of another room and it also had issues with the walls.

The staff are amazing, very friendly and helpful, also the manager was very good. The pool is a little cramped and it is shared with another property, so gets crowded. the hotel is beside a small school so noisy at times but not a major issue for me. It is down a small alley and a little hard to find but adds character, close walking to major shopping and rstaurants. Book a standard room for good ac.

Muy bien ,pero con inconvenientes..

El hotel, para el precio que tiene está muy bien.Bien situado, cerca de Pub Street, comodo, habitaciones grandes y personal servicial. El problema es que necesita mantenimiento.La mitad de las luces de la habitación no funcionaban.Las lamparas de la mesa de noche tampoco. Lo mas desastroso eran las puertas de las habitaciones(tuvimos 2). Estaban rajadas y desde fuera se veia parte de la habitación.Tampoco tenia n pestillo ni cerraban bien , con lo que si te descuidas,te la dejas abierta. Es un hotel con muchas posibilidades, pero que tiene muchos detalles que pulir. El precio que pagamos(19 euros por noche) lo perdona casi todo.

The location of the hotel is hard to beat, but please be aware while it may be listed as 4 stars, it's really closer to a 3 star US hotel. The rooms need some updating, there's a weird musky odor and the AC is not very strong, and neither are the beds super comfortable. BUT what the hotel and rooms lack the hotel staff and location more than make up for. Breakfast was always served quickly and the staff was very friendly. The front desk was very helpful with helping to arrange a last minute tour/driver as well as allowing us to leave our luggage. They provide a free tuk-tuk transfer from the airport which was a lifesaver. As for location, it's literally within less than 5 minutes from pub street and the night market in a smaller less busy street. BUT please be aware that is is located right next to a school, so in the early morning and evening (since in Cambodia they have day students and afternoon students) you can here the kids yelling and playing in the background, even with the windows and doors all shut.

Room does not match description

We booked an Executive Double room with a King bed and a balcony. But the room we were given had a double bed and had no balcony. Safe Box was broken. Toilet broke during our 3-day stay but was promptly repaired. Bed side-table drawers were cracked. The hotel appears to be not well-maintained and does not justify the images loaded on htel website to attract customers.

Location is very convenient as it’s in the middle of town. Room was really big with reception area and amenities decent though TV was not working for two days, AC was also defective. Breakfast was ok though server had a bad attitude during our second day. All in all, I’d still recommend it.

A bit overpriced but convenient location

We booked a Premier Suite and overall I think it was a bit overpriced and you don’t get great value for money. The room was big and nicely decorated and it’s a 1-2 min walk from the Main Street in Siem Reap so excellent location and it’s a good enough place to stay. However, I think we were expecting a bit more luxury but it was nice enough. These are the “but...” items: the AC was on the entire time we were there at 17C and it hardly cooled the room down which meant we also got mosquitos in the room (I was bitten 4 times in one night), there are no black-out blinds and sunrise is at 5:30/6am so we ended up sleeping with eye masks, there is a school next door which like most schools in Cambodia start at 7am with teachers speaking over the loud speakers which you can hear in the room, the breakfast is a weird one - there is no buffet but instead you can choose from a picture list which is nice enough although no fruit available and there was no coffee available on the morning we stayed (although there were sachets of instant coffee in the rooms) and the next morning we went to the cafe at the end of the street. However, staff were lovely and we booked our Angkor Wat with the hotel and our driver Jim was a star! A good place to stay in siem Reap but largely overpriced for what it is.

1：宿泊した部屋のキーがキーシリンダーに入るのに長い時間がかかりました。 手前に強くドアノブを引っ張っていないとキーが回りません。 数分間、開けられなかったので、私はフロントマンに来てもらい、ついに約10分位で自分でキーを回す感覚を覚えました。 このドアとキーシリンダーはメンテナンスが必要です。 2：エクスペディア予約サイトでウェルカムドリンクと朝食セットを選択しましたが、受付は確認されていません。 朝食をとるとき、私はレストランで朝食付きではないと言われました。 フロントにバウチャーを見せて確認をしてもらいましたがバウチャーを見せないとエクスペディアの予約内容が分からないのでしょうか、これはとても残念です。 3：シーツと枕カバーは要求をしないと交換はしてくれませんでした、昼間出かけているときはきれいにベッドメイクをされていると交換されたかどうか確認ができないのでとても残念です。 １－３をホテルサービスを改善するためリクエストします。

Hotel agréable. Seul bémol de notre séjour nous avions demandé des boites lunch car nous partions sur Battambang en bateau... surprise dans les boites ni le pain ni le coca que nous avons pourtant payés... dommage!! Nice hotel. Only downside of our stay we asked for lunch boxes because we were leaving Siem Reap by boat for going to Battambang... surprise in the boxes neither the bread nor the coca that we have yet paid ... too bad !!

繁華街に近く、夜でも安心して出歩ける。 施設が古いが掃除は行き届いている。 エレベーターがないのが不便。

値段相応

前述の通りエアコンはあるが少し離れると蒸し暑くなる。トイレは汗が出る。 清潔感もありシャワーもキチンとお湯が出る。値段相応か。 プールは予想以上に狭かった。目の前が小学校で日中は賑やか。日中のみなので特に苦でなく新鮮だった。
