ห้องพักสวยดูใหม่แต่มีเสียงรบกวน เราเข้าเช็คอินที่ฉีดชำระในห้องน้ำชำรุด น้ำรั่วตลอดคืน เราต้องปิดน้ำทั้งห้อง ไม่ประทับใจในการแก้ไขปัญหาให้ลูกค้าแบบนี้ หวังว่าคราวหน้าทางห้องพักจะมีการจัดการที่ดีกว่านี้

Hidden gem.

The hotel is a just out of town but a 8 minute tuk tuk ride will get you there. The rooms are nice and modern and the tv is large but the best part is the pool. The property is a little run down but the staff are friendly and for the price it's a great deal

Someone broke into my room

This hotel is totally unsafe. Yesterday night at 4 am someone broke into my room (unsafe lock, easy to break in). I had to kick him out of my room. The staff sleeps at night so anyone can come inside the hotel. Don’t stay here!!!

청결하지 않은 숙소에요.

침구류가 더러워요. 샤워실의 샤워헤드는 끔찍해요. 숙소주변에 저렴한 식당이 많은 점은 좋아요. 수건이 제공되지 않으니 챙겨가거나 요금을 지불하고 렌탈해야해요. 조식이 제공되는건 너무좋아요.

Good value for the price.

Had a late flight out. Booked there in order to stay air conditioned until we left that evening. Air conditioning was adequate. Pool was nice. Bed was okay. A bit rustic all over. Good restaurant next door. Good wifi.

Great

The location of the hotel was the only bad thing, it was just a little too far away to walk into town. Other than that the room was really nice and spacious, great value for money, we did hear every step the people above us made but it didn’t really bother us. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The pool was nice but unfortunately one of the days the pool became really dirty and almost green so we never went in it but we did sunbath and it’s quite a nice peaceful chill area.

En koselig, grønn oase litt utenfor sentrum i Siem Reap. Veldig koselig bassengområde, men bare 5 solsenger. Store rom, gode senger, ok toalett og dusj.

Could be improved.

Part of the staff is nice and helpful, part not helpful at all. The rooms are humid and if you get the room on the second floor you enter into the room through the restroom. If you stay on the ground floor and you have someone staying in the room above you there will be constant noise. You can hear everything and most of the time it feels like they are rearranging the furniture in the room. When we went to take a swim around 23.00 we have been asked not to make any noise. Which we weren’t going to because we knew that it is a late hour and people may be sleeping at that time. However, when other people were at the pool listening to loud music, or talking and laughing out loud, as late as 1 o’clock in the morning nobody told them anything. Many guests seem to be unaware that the common areas are shared and they don’t care if they leave rubbish everywhere, empty glasses, cigarette buds etc. But even so, the hotel staff should always be vigilant and make sure that the pool area(chairs, edges of the pool etc) is clean. When we arrived there was a lot of food waste on one of the chairs. And nobody cleaned it until the next day afternoon. 3 days before we left, the wooden floor by the pool broke. It broke in the exact spot where you need to pass to go to the rooms. It still wasn’t fixed by the time we left. Nor did they put a sign or something to drag attention not to step there.We had to extend our stay with 3 more days only because I went down with a cold.

장점 : 숙소 가성비 최고, 에어컨 완비 수영장도 깨끗하고 좋다. 단점 : 냉장고 없음. 헤어 드라이기 없음(호텔 로비에서도 제공하지 않음) 방음 취약. 방음이 잘 되지 않아서 큰 소리로 떠드는 소리가 옆방에서 들림. 6일간은 조용했지만 1일은 옆방에서 새벽까지 큰 소리로 떠들고 소란스러워서 잠을 자기 힘들었다 방음이 취약하기 때문에 옆 이용객이 시끄러울 경우 매우 불편할 수 있습니다. 단 207호 객실 화장실에 개미떼가 있습니다. 나는 이 문제를 해결하려고 물을 뿌렸지만 보일러 전원 연결선 천정 구멍을 통해 개미가 계속 유입 됩니다. "객실에는 개미가 침투하지 않지만" 음식물을 놔둘땐 밀봉을 할 필요가 있습니다. 참고사항 : 세탁은 유료로 외부 업체에 맡기는 방식으로 이용 Pros: Best of all, good air conditioning               Pool is good, too. Disadvantages: No refrigerator. No hair dryer (not available in hotel lobby) Room 207 There are a bunch of ants in the bathroom in the room. I sprayed the water to solve this problem, but the ants continue to flow through the ceiling holes in the boiler power line. "Rooms do not infiltrate with ants," but you need to seal when you leave food. Note: Laundry is available in a chargeable way Soundproofing weak. There is a loud noise in the next room. It was quiet for 6 days, but on the first day, it was difficult to sleep because of the noise from the next room until dawn. Because the sound insulation is weak, it can be very inconvenient if the side customers are noisy.

Everything was just perfect

Nice luxe budget hostel

Great place for budget travelers who wants a little bit of luxe. Nice pool, TV with fox movies and a clean room. It's only a little bit far from the city center, but there are some cheap restaurants nearby.

Relax and Unwind after visiting Temple Attraction.

The hotel is 30 minutes walk from the main Downtown but it was ok since you can sleep comfortably away from the bustling crowd and highways, Tuktok fare is 2$ only to the main market where you can buy souvenirs and great food. . Wifi is ok and the pool is quite good also, the hotel has a separate restaurant which serves Japanese food only.

Nice guesthouse, but falls short as a hotel. -No fridge. -No closet. -No blanket. -No bed linen change during my 3 night stay. -No towel change until I requested. -Occasional brown water. -Thin walls. Can hear TV from next room. The inn is good value for money. A clean and modern looking Ensuite room for $15/night is a good Bargen. However, our stay was uncomfortable. We had shivering nights because the bed has no blanket, which is the basic amenity even for cheapest guesthouses. Temperature in the region does drop below 20 Celsius at night around Dec./Jan.

You get what you spend for!

Stained sheets, very strange set up of the room with the bathroom being the first thing you walk into. Every part of the bathroom was soaked including the toilet. Loud noises outside from the large water tanks waking you up every morning aswell as the room allowing a lot of sunlight in. The location was close everything, tuk tuk drivers always outside to give cheap rides.

必須要租機車不然不方便

離市中心有一點距離，若租了機車就很方便，去哪都不會太遠，騎去吳哥窟也沒問題！櫃檯人員熱心服務！泳池很棒很乾淨，水喝完都可以一直拿。唯一的缺點是房間有一個怪怪的味道及沒有冰箱。

Dit hotel is ver weg van Ankor, maar is heerlijk rustig, WiFi is goed en het bed is ook goed, huur een scooter of fiets goedkoper als tuk tuk.
