Receptionist bra, kunde engelska som en av de få på hotellet. Gick inte att låsa vårt rum = dålig tekniker = tog 1 dag att fixa = dåligt. Mycket reklam om deras restaurang, även om en bar, men personalen kunde nästan ingen engelska = dåligt ! Trevligt rum, nice pool area och restaurang/frukostrum. Vi hade otur med låset till rummet, men språkkunskapen var det mest negativa minnet.

위치는 좋은편은 아니나 편도 툭툭이 아무때나 횟수 제한없이 사용할수 있어요 새로 지은 호텔이라서 깨끗하고 직원들 친절합니다 조식도 맛있고 커피도 종류가 많아서 좋았어요

Such Wonderful Staff
Mr Seng and his team do everything they can to make your stay at G&Z boutique Hotel as relaxing and comfortable as possible. From organising tours (full marks to Ben for organising our sunrise trip to Angkor Wat) to providing everything you need. When we couldn’t make the television work, a member of staff was up instantly to fix it. When we needed some ice, we got it straight away. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel itself is just a 10 minute walk from the Night Market and Pub Street but far enough away to be peaceful. The pool area is serene and tranquil and rooms are spacious with a large balcony. The G&Z group has initiative which aims to provide gainful employment to Speech hearing impaired citizens and two of our waiting staff were part of this scheme. The couple were lovely and taught me a few words of sign when we ate a lovely meal there on our first night. Thank you both 🙏 We will definitely stay here again when we next visit Siem Reap

Friendly,welcoming,well positioned,only 10 minutes walk to Pub Street. Plenty of tuk tuks nearby and only $1 if you haggle Rooms are quite large but only 1 chair and bedside table in a double. The pool is a great asset after a hard day sightseeing. Well informed travel desk☺

快適でコスパが良いホテル
パブストリートからは徒歩15分程度かかるので少し離れた感じです。ホテルまでの道は完全に地元の人達が暮らす待ちの中を通って行くことになります。 しかし治安は良さそうで特に怖い思いもしませんでした。ホテルに無料のレンタルサイクルがあるのでそれを使えば繁華街もあっという間にたどり着くので利用価値は大きいです。 ホテルは小さいながらも真新しく、素敵なプールもあるので快適に過ごせます。ホテルスタッフも親切だったので良い滞在が出来ました。

We have stayed in this property several times for a total of perhaps 1 month. The place is potentially a paradise but the new management has decided to yield to local realities by more actively attracting Chinese and Korean tourists. This means that you are likely to be woken up by noisy groups anytime between 5 and 9am which never happened before. Such is Siem Reap now though...

The best in Siem Reap
The hotel is very comfortable and clean. I suppose, is the best option in Siem Reap. The staff was very friendly, specially Sreysor, a simphatic girl works in reception and care us with attention, always smiling. A very friendly girl.

The hotel rooms were spacious and clean. Some of the amenities provided were not in good condition. The travel desk was not efficient. Even after specifying our tour requirement and booking for service(had given them reminder the previous day 2 times) they had not booked the car until we were ready to start our trip that morning. The service provided by the staff was very inefficient and had to repeat orders and remind them to get the ordered food every morning for breakfast, most of the staff not available and had to getup and search for service(first three days),after complaint increased number of staff though, but still inefficient. The breakfast had limited options.

Hôtel hautement recommandable avec du personnel sympathique et une propreté exemplaire. Les chambres sont spacieuses et luxueuses avec des planchers de bois de qualité. Hôtel située un peu à l'écart, mais pas trop, juste assez pour offrir la tranquillité. Le seul point à améliorer serait l'installation de barres de sécurité autour du bain (à noter que nous n’avons trouvé aucune barre de sécurité dans aucun hôtel de Thaïlande) et aussi un rideau de douche pour ne pas éclabousser toute la salle de bain. Pour être parfaite, l'hôtel devrait changer ses immenses bains par une douche, beaucoup plus accessible pour les personnes plus âgées. Exemplaire, monsieur David Chhun, le gérant de l’hôtel est venu nous reconduire avec son véhicule personnel à l’aéroport lorsqu’il a constaté que notre chauffeur avait 15 minutes de retard.

ホテル自体はよかったのですが、チェックイン時に不適切なサービスを受けたと思っております。 路が一本違う箇所に、同グループの経営の「G&Z Bliss D'Angkor Suites」というホテルがあるのですが、トゥクトゥクに間違えてそこに連れて行かれ、私も分からないままそこにチェックイン。 予約番号などは伝えたのですが、普通に部屋に案内されました。 なんとなく予約した時に見た写真の雰囲気と違うな、と思い、翌日参加予定ツアー（ホテルに迎えに来る）の確認も含め、あっているか確認したところ、「違う」とのこと。 こちらの確認ミスでもあったので、ホテルを本来の場所に戻してほしいとお願いいたしましたが、 「すでに予約で埋まっており、難しい」といわれ、そこのホテルに泊まらざるをえなくなりました。 はじめは、私たちが到着を間違えたからといわれたりもしましたが、 問い詰めるとホテル側が他の（どの時点でか定かではないですが）予約を受け付けた（とにかく部屋がもうない）模様。 その時点でかなりストレスがたまりましたが、翌日も早かったので、 明日の朝食（6時スタート）、チェックアウトしてホテルへの荷物移動をお願いしました。 翌日は朝6時半から出発のツアーだったため、 朝食を早めに取ろうと6時にロビーにおり、チェックアウトしようと思いましたが、 ロビーは真っ暗で、朝食も準備中。慌てて起きた現地スタッフが眠気眼にチェックアウトをし、 こちらは時間オーバーで朝食をとらないまま遠方へのツアーへ行きました。 2日目以降はしっかり対応してくれたので、こちらも含め「ミスが起こしたもの」だと思っておりますが、立地や部屋そのものは悪くなかっただけに初日の対応は残念でした。 また、「価格は同等」といわれ補償や金額発生はなかったのですが、 サイトなどを見ると初日のホテルのほうがレベルが低かった気がしています（価格も少しですが差がある）。 今後このようなことが無いように対応をしてほしいです。

The hotel rooms are comfortable and spacious. The pool provides a good option to escape the afternoon heat. The hotel consistently booked nice tour options and Mr. Chan was a great driver to have for the tours. The downtown area is a quick remok ride away.

Quiet place, nice old fashioned hotel with modern style large bathrooms. The pool is OK, but not so big as it appears at the pictures. Good breakfast. Simple menu at the restaurant, but just cross the street and there is an excellent Cambodian restaurant. Nice, friendly staff. Very good service with the “touk-touk” from the hotel. We used it for two tours and recommend it. The only problem was the hot water. After even fast shower- no more. The next person has to wait 20-25 minutes.

空港に到着するとすぐに車で迎えに来てくれていて、冷たいおしぼりとお水で迎えてくれました。ホテルは繁華街から離れていて、トゥクトゥクのドライバーさんに説明がかなり大変でした。 クチコミも良くとても期待していましたが、色んな面で説明不足な事が多くチェックアウトの支払いの時に少しトラブルました。ホテルに向かう車中や到着してすぐフロントの方やマネージャーの方と次々にマッサージをやたらと勧められたのでチェックインまで2時間以上あったので先にしようとマネージャーの方にお願いしたら、そこに施設は無く自分達のお部屋でうけないと行けないとの事、チェックインもまだ出来ていないし、オイルマッサージとかお願いしたので、部屋のベッドでされるのはちょっとイヤだな？と思いその場でやはりやめておきますと伝えましたが、すでに手配してもうこっちにマッサージの方が向かってますと言われ部屋も本来予約していた上の階ではなく今空いている一階の部屋でと言われ、マッサージだけその部屋で受けれるのかと思っていたらそのままその部屋を使うよう言われたので、予約した部屋に変えてほしいと言ったところもう他の人がその部屋へチェックインしたと言われました。次の日に変更はしてもらえましたが、気分が悪かった。プールでのんびりしたいと思っていまさしたが狭くてすぐ横で朝ごはんやランチを食べてる方もいて落ち着かない雰囲気でした。肌が弱くラッシュガードを着てプールに入ろうととするとTシャツや服を着てプールに入れませんと注意されました。他の方もラッシュガードを着てましたが、同じように注意されていました。結局楽しみにしていたプールも入らずじまいでした。 スタッフの方々はにこやかでしたがもう泊まる事はないと思います。

プールは小さめですが子供には十分でした。(小学生) スタッフの対応も気持ちよく良かったです。市内中心街(オールドマーケット)からは少し離れていますが歩けない距離ではありません。(15分くらい) またトゥクトゥクがホテル前によくいるのでそちらの利用も可。(3ドル～4ドル) 部屋は清潔で快適ですが、とにかく『蚊』が多いので虫よけや携帯ベープなどは必須です。 朝日観賞などで朝食がホテルで取れない場合はお弁当を用意してくれます！！(パン、ゆで卵、水)※ゆで卵はほぼ生の状態の場合もあるのでご注意。

Hermoso hotel
Hermoso hotel. La habitación es super amplia, moderna y con buen gusto. Los empleados son hiper atentos, muy buena onda. Todo funciona bien. El desayuno quizá estuvo más flojo pero no tengo quejas. Está en una zona cercana a bares y restaurantes y a 7 km de angkor pero fácil de llegar hasta en bici.
