It is a true "Boutique" hotel, with only 3 over-sized units for guests. We were assigned with two units for our group, but actually one unit would do for us comfortably already.

We are family of 7 and was given the whole villa. All the staff are nice and can speak fluent English. Breakfast also very good. We stayed 3 days and was given different types of breakfast. One thing no good is that is far to go pub street. About 20mins by tuk tuk and cost usd3.

Staff is very friendly and helpful, aircon at the second floor are not cold, noisy flooring. But all in all it was a great place!

Awesome place! FAntastic for families. The property consist of 2 , 2 storey blocks both facing the pool. It is enclosed and you can see your children running around the compound easily. The place is extremely suitable for family with children. The owner and the staff were extremely accommodating and helpful and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. They attended to all our wants immediately. Sumptuous Breakfast is provided daily. They even packed it for us to take away on days when we left at 5am to go to Angkor wat. Additionally they had an in house driver whom we could hire on a daily basis for all our day trip. It was a well maintained 8 seater. We realised the cost quoted were also cheaper than what was quoted at the larger hotels as the hotel takes a cut. Our driver was fluent in English and extremely helpful. Highly recommended. We came with no iterinary planned. Just book the hotel and let the locals guide you on where to eat and visit!

Outstanding hotel with personalised service

1. Personalized service like delicious breakfast and dinner(cooked by the boss Nith Nimol, different breakfast everyday (western, Asian type, you name it), very yummy salad, rice and soup in one dinner which we asked the boss to prepare for us. Both breakfast and dinner were served course by course) and outstanding tour arrangement with reasonable price and reliable driver (Nimatel Nith, caring and sensible, very patient to wait for us to see sunset and sunrise). 2. Large room with spectacular pool view. 3. Quiet and elegant. 4. Friendly and helpful staff.(Yeang and Yen are very helpful )

너무 아름답고 조용한 나만의 별장 같은 숙소

나만의 별장처럼 자유롭게 마음껏 사용할 수 있었고 매일 아침 나오는 특별한 식사도 너무나 마음에 들었다. 시내에서 좀 떨어져있지만 그것이 오히려 한적하고 조용해서 우리에겐 좋았다 호스트님도 친절하고 직원도 항상 웃음으로 우리를 정성껏 도와주었다. 다음에 또 다시 갈 기회가 있다면 우린 무조건 이곳을 선택하는데 주저하지 않을것이다 베리 굿

Wonderful hospitality:とてもアットホームなステイ

The stay was wonderful because of the 3 brother owners' warm hospitality. Since there are only two rooms you can have a very at home, relaxed pleasant stay here. Although we had only 1.5 day to spend in Cambodia, we were able to make the best out of it with their advice.The scheduling was great ! Nimatel is a great driver of tuk-tuk and a very friendly man who is flexible for driving us anywhere we want(exchanges, shops, dinning etc). The breakfast was also huge and tasty and the rooms were very clean and well under control. The only reason I put a 4 for the facility was because the hot water for shower was not stable. But this was nothing compared to their hospitality. If you want a local cozy stay this is where to book ! ２部屋しかなく、3兄弟で運営しているホテルの為とてもアットホームで親身になった対応をしていただけます。まるで友人の家に泊めてもらっているかのようです。tuk-tukであちこち連れて行っていただけたのには遺跡に飽きた10歳の息子も大喜びでした。実質1泊2日という短い時間でしたが相談して柔軟に対応してもらい、カンボジアの色々な顔を見て回ることができました。シャワーの水圧と温度の不安定さだけが残念でしたが、それも海外ではよくあることかと。部屋は写真通り清潔に保たれています。英語しか通じず先方も片言ですが、それでもおもてなしの心が溢れているので十分なコミュニケーションがメールのやり取りの段階から取れます。（空港からの送迎等に関してなど。）住宅地の静かなところにあるので、朝はニワトリの鳴き声で起こされたのも良い経験です。朝食もボリュームがあり、美味しかったです。いわゆるリゾートホテルではありませんがローカルな体験をしたい方にはぴったりです。

安心して過ごせる宿

町の中心までトゥクトゥクで１０分くらい。しかし、アンコールワットやトムにしても町からもっと離れているので、全然気になりません。 ｗ－ベッド１室トイレ有・Ｔﾍﾞｯﾄﾞ１室トイレ有・キッチン・リビングで１部屋、２階にも１部屋。 小さなプール有。 蚊が気になりますが、それはほかのホテルも一緒、蚊を寄せ付けないスプレーを持参したので快適に過ごせました。

They try so hard!

This is a small hotel down a side lane, but the rooms are beautiful. The staff tried so hard to be helpful. They were always there to help. They organised my trip by tuk-tuk for three days and it was great to have a driver who was so helpful, knowledgeable and honest. The hotel is new, so there are a few issues. The rooms need a proper place to put the luggage and see-through curtains so that people in the courtyard can't see in. There were little things like that.
