Very good option to stay in Siam Reap

It is a very good option to stay in Siam Reap, excellent location and rooms are spacious and clean. The restaurant was closed because there were not enough guests staying at the hotel and our room smell to cigarette smoke despite it was a non-smoking room. The hotel fix this he first day with a very effective aromatizer.

The food at the restaurant was amazing and reasonable. The room was large and comfortable. The only thing I would give feedback on is the garbage on the street on the way to the river. It is very messy and takes away from the hotel.

직원들이 굉장히 친절했습니다 툭툭이로 5-10분거리 펍스트리트, 야시장 등등과 거리가 멀지않고 공항도 15-20분 툭툭이로 주변구경하며 이동하기 좋았습니다. 시설은 보통 가격에 딱맞는정도 조식도 맛있었습니다. 다만 샤워기가 비오듯떨어지는 고정된것만있어서 무조건 몸전체를 씻어야하는 번거로움은 조금 있었습니다

The whole experience was amazing. The hotel provided simple breakfast like congee, noodles and bread. However, the surrounding neighbourhood was a bit noisy, especially during the morning.

Good location, walking distance to pub street but not too close to the noise. There are chicken crows very early in the morning in the next building, and they can be heard from the room. Staffs are nice and responsive. Breakfast is OK since it is a small hotel. Hot water sometimes get limited in late night after 11pm.

部屋もレストランも清潔で快適に過ごせました。スタッフも全員丁寧、親切で素晴らしかったです。ホテルがアンコールツアーの為に手配してくれたトゥクトゥクドライバーも親しみやすく、運転も丁寧で安心して過ごせました。ホテル内のスパで受けたマッサージは1時間18ドルと、外に比べて割高でしたが、クオリティーが高く2度もお願いしてしまいました。場所も、飲食店が並ぶパブストリートやオールドマーケットから徒歩10分程で、かなり便利です。ホテル自体はこじんまりとしていますが、部屋の大きさも大人2人で十分ゆったり過ごせました。とにかく大満足です。Terrific Customer Service! I was amazed at the care that was given to me and my wife at our stay. The front desk receptionists were very helpful providing us with useful information. It was a pleasure the stay.

This hotel is gorgeous and the staff couldn't be more friendly. However, the owner/management desperately needs to fix the water heater. We had no hot water the three days we were there. We were told it is solar generated. For a country that is cloudy and rainy multiple months out of the year, there should be a backup system in place. A hot water is a basic expectation of a hotel stay. Management, please fix so your staff can shine! They are great.

Overall, had a great stay - definitely value for money. Quite well located - walkable to Pub Street and Night market. Breakfast can be improved, likewise for hot water for shower. It was lukewarm most of the time. Late, was told by the staff that the hotel use solar panel for electricity.

The staff were amazingly friendly, helpful and welcoming. The hot water system is under designed. It was not a great issue due to the very hot weather. The hotel is of funky, modern design with wonderful artistic reverence to it’s local Cambodian heritage. Riversoul is on the quiet side of the river but only 500m walk to the bustling part of Siem Reap. We had a lovely stay and would certainly stay again.

Good location just on the edge of the busy part of town but very quiet. Pool was great especially the giant inflatable duck that resides there.. Nice quirky touch. Spacious family share rooms that we booked were great. Modern but with their own quirkiness in the decor and amenities. Staff at check in spike great English and helpful. Would stay again.
