A brilliant little hotel!

A wonderful stay made possible by the friendliest staff in any hotel I have ever stayed in! From reception through to the restaurant they were lovely, kind and attentive. They made every effort to make the stay as we wanted including planning trips comparing tours and their local knowledge. The hotel has a contemporary but classy feel with some interesting black and white photos of Ankgor Wat on the walls. Unless you travel in absolute luxury then I can't imagine you'd be disappointed. I only wish all hotels made the same effort! Well done to the whole team :-)

Excellent!!

Everything is nice here. Staff can speak fluent English. They are so nice and quite humorous. They can give you advice for the outing of Angkor Wat. The room are big and clean enough. It is comfortable too. I slept well at night because it was so quiet. The hotel provide pick-up service which is free of charge. The breakfast is good.

We loved Siem Reap. The hotel staff are lovely, so friendly, located on a busy road, not far to the night market and pub street, you can get a tuk tuk outside hotel for a few dollars. Nice pool area and bar/dining area. Breakfast was ok. Only small but felt very comfortable and safe. Airport transfer to hotel was brilliant, tuk tuk, loved it

One of the best cost-performance Hotels I ever stayed at. Clean room & pool. Restaurant very tasty and affordable. Hotel staff also helped out alot via Whatsapp with different questions during our stay. I would definately stay here again.

Great staff at this hotel

We were picked up at the airport on time with no problems. Staff at the hotel were very helpful giving us extra water, organising tuk-tuks, Angkor Wat tour, allowing a late checkout, etc. The hotel does not have an elevator but staff helped us with our bags when arriving & departing. Pool was clean & refreshing. Nearby was a mini mart, pharmacy & many other small shops. Good place to stay for the price we paid

Very enjoyable stay at this hotel. Staff is super friendly and helpful. We were very happy to book drivers for tours with the hotel, over having to search for a driver on our own. The prices were fair given the convenience. Highly recommended. Tuk tuk into night market area runs around 3 USD.

The lobby and common areas were beautifully decorated and staged, and the staff were gracious, as anywhere in Cambodia. But our room lacked hot water, things were sort of falling apart (threadbare towels, not enough pool towels, rock-hard beds, missing room furniture, split pool chairs, coffee watered down with tea), and other amenities were absurdly overpriced - we were charged $2.50 USD for a small bottle of water that costs about 10 cents in a store and is free in every other hotel in Asia. Weirder still was that the staff - while being lovely and kind without exception - seemed TERRIFIED of management. We had the impression that someone got in trouble every time we booked our own taxi or ate elsewhere. It felt really gross and kind of poisoned the whole experience, which is a shame given that there are countless amazing places to stay in the area. To be avoided.

Very nice hotel slightly out of centre

Very nice hotel with wonderful staff, slightly away from the mayhem but easily walkable. The hotel itself was quiet..nice bright rooms.. the breakfast courtyard and pool are lovely. Pickup from the station was quick and good...they lend bicycles.. perfect

Wonderful Stay

I stayed in the hotel for 7 nights and felt easy & very comfortable. The staffs were very friendly and attentive. Its a very good place to stay in Siem Reap which is in the city centre. The hotel is on the main highway and very close to the royal presidency & angkor museum. 15mins walk to the old street and pub street, where you can have all kinds of food. I love the location and easy access to Angkor complex. Since it was our 1st visit to Cambodia, they have free airport pick-up which was more convienent to reach the hotel. Happy stay, happy tour. Wonderful experience.

Exceptional Hotel

This was a brilliant stay for us. The hotel is very comfortable and clean. Location is good too as you are just a short tuk tuk away from Pub street/angkor Wat etc. The staff were absolutely fantastic. My bag got lost on the flight over and they were incredibly helpful trying to get it delivered to Siem Reap. They also gave us a lot of help organising our trips each day and suggestions on what to do. Would definitely stay here again if I was back in Siem Reap.
