They let us know exactly where to park, which was really helpful as Siena has traffic restrictions for visitors, helped us book a winery tour and gave us some great recommendations for sightseeing and restaurants. The communication was brilliant and they made everything so easy for us. The hotel itself is lovely, in a perfect location, beautifully restored and...

"El lugar es bellísimo y las atenciones en el lugar también. A pesar de ser una propiedad notoriamente antigua está muy bien conservada y no huele a humedad."

"Wonderful location, charming room, and Ada is the best at taking care of guests! Our favorite hotel of our month long journey."

"Well situated near Il Campo, but far enough to get away from the crowds."

"Property was absolutely beautiful, clean , very nice and helpful staff. We had an amazing time felt at home recommending 100%"

"The hotel is in a great spot approx 300m behind the main Piazza. Good view if you have one of the rooms at the front. Breakfast was a little limited and the wait for fresh eggs was over 10 minutes. However, the scrambled and fried eggs were good as was the quality of the rest of the products. The bed was very comfy. The staff were great and assisted us with booking an early taxi for our train departure. We would stay here again."

"Great place, beautiful frontvroom to Kung out. Nice breakfast. Good location, clost to bus and main attractions"

"Great staff, very friendly and helpful, especially upon check-in. Very yummy breakfast! So nice to have fresh scrambled eggs and bacon along with more traditional European breakfast foods. Croissants were excellent! My only suggestion is to improve the wifi. It was sketchy."

"We absolutely loved this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautiful, our room was gorgeous and the breakfast was amazing. Can’t wait to come back."

"A lovely room, hosts were extremely helpful, there some noise from the nearby kitchen, but this did not detract our enjoyment of our stay."

"Everything was lovely here except the bed! A really hard and squeaky spring mattress in our room made for rather stiff sleeping."

"Excellent location, incredible view of the Piazza and comfortable beds. Even the pull out bed was surprisingly comfortable. Place was very clean and host met us for check in and helped with any questions. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Lugar mágico, servicio excelente."
