"The shuttle from the airport took a long time to leave the airport. The shuttle was full of people and we all arrived to check in with only 2 people to check us in. When I finally got to my room the AC wasn’t working and it was hot. It took about 30 minutes to get it working. Not great experience."

"Everything done so well, from communication regarding transportation from the aiport to the hotel to the delicious fresh breakfast. The room was well appointed and clean and the bed comfortable. TV had YouTube and was easy to use. Bathroomhad wall-mounted shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Lots of hot water and great pressure. Check-in was easy and friendly. Breakfast was plenty of scrambled eggs made to your liking as well as fresh fruit, bread, coffee, and tea. The rooftop view of the city...

"La administradora NO sabía que el hotel trabaja con Hoteles.com. Luego de conversar con la administradora aceptó la reserva pero nos dio otra habitación a la reservada con Hoteles.com. La hostería NO trabaja con tarjetas de crédito, por lo que hubo que pagar en efectivo mediante transferencia bancaria. El escritorio de la habitación tenía en uno de sus cajones varios panes con queso llenos de moho/humedad. Las toallas muy viejas. Sugiero que Hoteles.com aclare con la administración del hostal el...

"Le Sangay est l’hotel emblematique de Baños.La quasi absence de touristes rend la situation difficile ce qui fait que certains clients paient beaucoup moins cher que le prix d’Expedia…cela est visible comme le nez au milieu d’un visage c’est totalement frustrant.En corolaire le petit déjeuner est celui d’un hôtel bon marché.Le spa est minuscule,quant à la piscine l’eau n’est plus chauffée et est est mal nettoyée."

"The hotel is quaint and has an historic charm. The staff is helpful, welcoming and pleasant . There is a very nice breakfast in a nice space on the roof top. The hotel is on a busy square, so at least from our room it was a bit noisy. Then again part of the charm, here, is the old town location."
