"My sister and I stayed at the Omni hotel in LA, was our first international holiday. We got to the room and unfortunately it was not made up. The bell boy Adam was extremely helpful and apologetic, he sorted out the room issue, and we were given a free upgrade and access to the club lounge on level 17. This was a very nice gesture and made us feel well valued and welcomed. Laura in the club lounge was such a lovely host each day, and she made us feel very welcomed and at home. The hotel itself was very nicely decorated and had all the requirements for a lush hotel. Definitely worth the money spent. Had an amazing time there, and will definitely be back. Thank you Omni staff for all your help and being so welcoming!"
