We booked the Suite for a long weekend and weren’t disappointed. Room was spacious with numerous balconies. Extra touches with cakes, fruit or sweets daily along with bottled water, besides the normal tea and coffee. Cleanliness was second to none. Staff were professional and polite. Breakfast was full of variety along with freshly cooked eggs and bacon by order. The indoor and rooftop pool facilities were amazing. Lots of restaurants in the vicinity along with bars. Great hotel great location

The staff are friendly and very helpful. I found the laundry useful, as it meant I didn't need to pack extra clothes for a fortnight's holiday. Despite being so close to active building sites and the Madring race circuit, it was amazingly quiet inside and the mountain view from the balcony very restful. With a supermaket only 10 minutes walk away, I was able to eat and drink healthily. If I visit Madrid again, Bext Valdebebas will be my first choice. (I shouldn't have said all that, should I!...

Great hotel to use as a base for exploring the local area.

The hotel was beautifully located at the centre of Segovia. You get out of the hotel and all attractions are walking distance. I loved people watching from my balcony during our stay. Staff were friendly and spoke english. (Thank goodness for that!) The room was a good size and the decor was so gorgeously victorian. Breakfast was alright, just the typical continental breakfast. Overall, we had a great stay at the hotel and Segovia.

Lovely room, great breakfast!

The staff were very friendly and spoke good English. The hotel has great lounge space. Also interesting mural of all the famous people who have stayed there. The room had tea and coffee making facility in the room and two fresh bottles of water were supplied every day. The room was spacious with a great view over the mountains. Comfortable, modern studio apartments in the heart of the city. Well equipped kitchenette (2 burner stove top and microwave) and good size bathroom with excellent walk in shower. Lovely viiew to one of the city squares from rhe Juliette balcony (we were room 104). There is also a small shared rooftop terrace with seating. Excellent value for money. Only thing to be aware of is that the free public car parking is 10 min walk away with quite a lot of stairs to navigate with your luggage.
