"Parking was a nightmare, they said they have parking and they should say it is parking in the dirt and some spots you have to go over a curb to park. They should also have enough spots for those that are staying there, and have assigned parking per room which would require paving and assigning numbers. Some of the rooms DO NOT have a bathroom. You get an assigned bathroom across a large hall where people enter the hotel. That should have been disclosed. Also there is no staff on site. When I called thier number a person did help me find the hotel and parking lot which was very helpful since I could not find the hotel. Apparently they send you instructions for everything but they never sent the instructions to me. Once inside the person at the coffee shop inside the hotel sent me the instructions to check in. He was just leaving so good thing he was there. They assign you a room number and the key is in the door so you just go in, which is a good concept, but confusing if I did not have the instruction email. If you book here make sure you get and read the instruction email. The room was comfortable and it is definitely noisy there with people walking, doors closing and talking as they come in to the hotel area from the coffee shop. The room was very clean and well maintained. Overall I would stay there again now that I know what the procedure is. Get there early to get a good parking spot!"
