"Everything was neat, clean, and well-maintained. The staff was helpful and friendly. The problem is that we did not receive the room and amenities that were advertised on the website. While the pictures showed a kitchenette, our room only had a small refrigerator and nothing else. The ad showed the room being one block from the beach, but our room was further. "It was our first time in siesta key and we truly loved it. Our hotel was amazing and it felt so cozy like back home. The beach was a minute away, the restaurants were all walking distance, our toddler was very happy with the pool area and the floaties lol I was very impressed with how clean the whole area was, specially our room. Definitely coming back."

"This property was comfortable and clean. It is located close to a few restaurants and shops. The beach is at the end of the street. We stayed for one night only and were very happy with our stay. I do feel the bathroom would be challenging if staying for a week due to its size. The pool is also quite small. But the room was charming and clean and perfect if you’re not seeking a larger space or more on site amenities."

"The hotel is in a perfect location downtown. The hotel is not very clean nor is it well maintained. Upon checkin we were assigned a room that was smoked in and in terrible condition. The staff was able to assign us a different room, better but still
not good. There was another person in the lobby complaining about cockroaches in his room and the staff was offering to cancel his reservation for a $79 fee.. I never saw bugs in either of the rooms we had been assigned. We won’t be back."
