"Lovely and calm boutique hotel in the outskirts of Sisteron. Such a little gem of a place, old houses beautifully redecorated with a stunning patio area and a mountain backdrop. We arrived late in the evening but the owner still arranged for an apéro dînatoire for us. Can highly recommend the hotel. "

Besides the fact that the whole Montclar area won our hearts as we cycled through it, we have to commend the friendliness of the owners, the top-grade food served for dinner, and the delightful chalet-style setting. "I emailed the hotel to let them know I would arrive very late in the night and they never acknowledged receipt, so it’s no surprise I had issues accessing the property. The “welcome email” I received before arrival listed a code for a customer portal that linked to a broken URL, but was actually for the property’s outer gate. Why not just call it a gate code instead of a portal access code? They also didn’t tell me where the button was to open the gate when exiting the property, so another...
