"This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way! The location is perfectly walkable, the staff are incredibly friendly, and the lounge offers free coffee all day. Rooms are spacious, stylish, and thoughtfully designed, complete with a kitchenette (microwave, fridge, kettle, stovetop, and espresso machine). I loved all the design touches throughout the space. My only suggestion would be to add safety handles/bars in the shower/tub area to make it easier and safer to step out."

"We booked this hotel because of its location very close to the Avignon TGV station. We had rented a car from enterprise and we’re able to return it at that train station. We drop the car off and strolled back to the hotel. A very quick walk from the hotel brought us to.Les Gustavo’s, a delicious restaurant in the Mercure Hotel nearby. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Check-in was easy and the staff is welcoming and very helpful, telling us how to get to the station and where to eat dinner....

J’avais réservé trois studios et l’équipe a fait le nécessaire pour que nous soyons les uns à côté des autres, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Les personnes à l’accueil ont été très agréables et ont su nous renseigner avec gentillesse et efficacité. Je recommande vivement cet établissement !"
