Isabelle was so nice to us. We appreciated it. The view is excellent. The beach is right across the street. I loved walking for miles along the beach. Tons of places to eat and shop. The only thing is I sent a message and they never got back to me during a 2 night stay.

Disappointed that there was no air conditioning in the room as it was extremely hot at night. The 2 fans that were provided were not maintained well. The pool was great however to cool down. Good for a basic base option to explore the area

It was dirty and in disastrous condition! The property is attached to a social housing complex with addicts in the street. Cockroachs, dirty pool, and bathroom, train rushing by every few minutes. We checked out right after visiting the room. We don't expect much but that was disgusting. We couldn't stay here. Sorry, but that is my honest opinion.

Terrible overall, we did not stay. Left upon checking in. The front desk was helpful Very hard to find the reception upon arrival. Is a huge complex, shared with other hosts. It is more like residential buildings, looked very creepy and unsafe. Very outdated, old…. bad crowd everywhere, like street trash….the room was with no double queen or king beds…. old apartments We left right away

Strongly Recommend Avoiding – Extremely Poor Condi

We chose to leave this property on the same day we arrived (June 23, 2025), as the room did not meet our expectations in any way. It was in extremely poor condition – dirty, damaged, worn down, and with a strong smell of cigarette smoke. It felt neither safe nor comfortable to stay. The reception was closed and completely unreachable. We contacted Hotels.com, who handled our booking, and they also tried to reach the property but received no response. We checked out at 8:30 PM and left the key in the drop box. We then booked another hotel to continue our stay. Due to the unacceptable state of the room and the complete lack of support or communication, we cannot recommend this accommodation to anyone with even basic expectations of cleanliness, comfort, or service. Strongly advise looking elsewhere.

Helt ok hotell for en rimelig penge.

Hotellet har en fin beliggenhet i forhold til stranden og Cannes by. Hotellet hadde et fint og stort basseng og området ved bassenget var et pluss for meg. Renholdet på balkongen vår dårlig da vi kom, leiligheten var helt ok, men det bar preg av at det burde oppdateres. Området hotellet lå i var ikke så innbydende, men vi fant en liten sidegate rett ved hotellet som var veldig koselig. Restauranten serverte nydelige mat.

Bedrövligt! Mögligt rum där det stod vatten på golvet som kommit från rummet ovan. Slitet. Små klaustrofobiska rum. Katter i poolområdet. Djurbajs i foajén. Slumområde. Expedia borde ta bort detta från sitt sortiment. Plus till Expedia för att ni hjälpte oss till ett idealiskt boende och stod för detta.

Hebergement pas assez chauffé et zone autour assez dangereuse. Nous sommes arrivé tard. Nous avons sonné comme indiqué sur le mail pour pouvoir entrer dans la residence et la personne que jai eu a l interphone m'a clairement dit c est quoi votre probleme . Mauvais accueil, une fois a l interieur pas de bonsoir rien . Ca depanne pour un week end mais pas pkur passer des vacances.

la nuit beaucoup de bruit, des personnes parle fort, déplace des chaises ou autre, ça résonne...des enfants crient a la piscine,les parents laissent faire
