"Excellent location, close to the chair lift and cable cars, across the street from a grocery store and right next to a ski rental shop. It is on Main Street and a little loud in the evening, but it was usually quiet after 9pm. It’s very clean and comfortable, staff is helpful. "It is too far walking from train station. Bus not operating due to construction for a week. Even bus is operating, you still need to walk uphill about 500 m . We have to walk uphill for about 20 mins. I would suggest to stay in Grindelwald ( nice view ) or Interlaken area. They picked us up but their rate is not standardized, depends on the receptionist. "Rooms were clean except for cigarettes in ashtray when we went to our room . Elevator smelled of sulphur. As to Sauna, we are rather sad that it was naked only. We are 2 prudish people and not comfortable around nude people, so couldnt use it.
