"Very nice staff, booked this place very last minute! Booked 4 room like 5-10 mins before and showed up, they had the keys and room ready within 5mins! Very convenient and decent pricing. We went to Angkor bar on the beach, best food we had so far! "

"Room was fine. Staff very helpful."

"The historical character, staff hospitality, breakfast, and beach access make the Independence Hotel a great place to stay. We will stay here again."

"Virkelig langsom til at kommunikere"

"Hôtel parfait"

"Good location close to the ocean, and large, clean room."

" Pen situé. Calme."

"It’s not really a hotel it’s more like apartments or something and there’s not a clear check-in desk I had to walk around for quite some time and ask many people where it was and it was a very difficult process after a long day of traveling in the end it worked out fine but I wouldn’t stay there again"

"Great location"

My first hint was when the hotel was not listed on rhe grab transport app, so I found myself standing on the side of the road at the bus stop at 11.30pm trying to work out how to find the place ... turns out their listing on wotif is different to the name of the actual hotel. I eventually arrived and was dropped off in a dingy back alley, picked my way past the street dogs, and managed to check in. Shown...
