"Stayed 2 nights at the 3 bedroom apartment which was good. Staff are very accommodating, even delivering packages to our room. Room was immaculately clean. Security was good too. Parking attendants very helpful."

Rooms are huge and reasonably priced, it's clean except for the bathroom smell which probably from the cleaning solution that they used which was fixed right away by Joven whose the one who took care of us during our stay. Communication is very effective, staffs are so nice and friendly. Overall, place was excellent and I will for sure use it agajn in the future. Lastly food from attached restaurant Nono's are delicious."

"The check-in was a nightmare. The guards at the front gate will not let us in!! We hit a dead end. There was no help desk. There was no communication between the property owner and expedia. We were required a QR code, which were not provided to us prior. We have a pay an extra night to get a temporary unit for the night, it was so late. The security officer suggested to get us a condo from a 3rd party seller. I have travelled the world, Europe, USA and central America. This is the worst...

"Courteous staff. Location trendy with walkable good restaurants and connected to a mall. Fixtures are old, no hot water, few shower tiles unglued. Terrace was used as storages. Visible crawling pest. Very disappointed as it was advertised as 5 star accommodation. "

"I was ecstatic to stay here until I opened the door to the apartment provided. It was infested with roaches. It was on the floor, on the bed on the walls. It was absolutely disgusting. I attempted claim a refund but obviously we know how the world works.. although expedia, as a company you have the power to remove a property from your sites. At this point if i cant get my money back at least save someone else from this hell hole"

"Location of the unit is good but we Ask for 3 people to stay but gave only 2 BABY/ TODDLER blankets and 2 towels as there is additional charge for the 3rd towel. The unit smells gross, musty or roach smell needs to be clean thoroughly."
