"My AC was not working entire time my stay. Talked to clerk next morning no adjustment was given.the room was very warm. The beds were very hard and I found these beds were to hard to sleep. The bathroom needs updating. The tub has large knicks of porcelain were missing, Breakfast was lousy power eggs were runny cold"

All things, except for the blankets required going to front desk, no one available to deliver to room, when bartender was asked for a small cup of ice, you thought we were asking for the moon (very negative response).
