"Incredible hotel in the heart of Sentosa. Food at all restaurants surpassed expectation with the exception of breakfast which lacked ambience and service. Rooms are well appointed, modern with exceptional bedding. Missing some ammenities and service but i would expect this is due to the villa style of villa rooms. "

"Sebenarnya hotel yg bagus dan unik krn tema hijau yg jrg ada. Lokasi juga ok, kmr lsg menghadap laut. Sayang kamar mandi saya closetnya rusak setiap flush ada air yg bocor ke lantai dan bau... Sudah komplain, hanya bilang akan di benarkan tetapi kerusakan tetap terjadi. Karena kami sekeluarga lebih sering aktivitas diluar dan baru kembali malam hal tsb masih dpt kami tahan."

"No black out curtain the sun directly bright coming in the room when we still want to sleep at 7am The ice maker on 6th floor both broken Shuttle bus not works at 6.30-7.30 The air conditioning keep repeating turn off by itself once we all in deep sleep and make up wakeup 3-4x times sweating and feel super hot so we dont get our 7-8hours straight sleep comfortly I even got running nose and sore throat bcoz of this AC which keep us feel cold and hot all night long and waking up every 1-1.5...

"it's stated for free wifi, but apparently it's prepaid wifi. you have to pay SGD5 for 2hours or several SGD for 24hours. the room is clean, the water heater works, air cond works, overall is an okay hotel to stay for a night."

"I am afraid cannot count this place to be a hotel, most likely it seems a student hall. The deposit is only can pay by cash, only 4 hours for check in period, it is let me live back 40 years ago. I don't care clearance the room once a week, but basically you need to prepare the martials like towel, shampoo etc for whole week use, if your customer is for travel, they seems not wash and reuse it.
