For an Aussie traveller, not having milk was not nice. Staff were wonderful. The rooftop bar was really nice to sit and relax, have a drink and a meal, looking across the skyline. Great location for access to Sentosa and MRT

Our room is overlooking the swimming pool side, bec. of privacy & there's no light diffuse curtain, so we always have to close the black out blind even day time. Usually the sink is always part of toilet room, but this one, has to step outside in order to wash hands after using toilet & it's near the cup/kettle. Only 1 trash can, normally experience is 1 at the toilet room & 1 at bedroom Location is good, near Vivo & MRT

The hotel is situated right across from VivoCity which has great options for eating and shopping. It has great transportation with the train station and monorail (with access to Universal Studios and beaches). The room was very clean, pool nice, and great staff!

I asked for a room on the quiet side of the hotel and was put in one overlooking the mosque and was woken up every morning at 6 am with their worshipping. Breakfast was terrible. Used glasses left for guests to use. Ran out of bread and was told to wait 5 minutes; after I enquired 10 minutes later was told to wait another 10 minutes! Not good enough for the price I paid for the room. The great location and comfy beds saved me from giving a 2 star review.

Great location. Walkable to a mall which has great dining options in the B2 level. Also walkable to Harbourfront MRT. However the rooms, bed, and bathrooms are quite small. Also they only clean trash and change towel every 2 days and bedsheets every 5 days. They have free breakfast (even though Expedia charged me extra for it). It’s small selection of 5 times daily. Not delicious and I found egg in my rice. Non hygienic breakfast. Will not be staying again at this property or using Expedia ever again.

Great location for Sentosa and the cable car. Also great for MRT and VivaCity shopping. Staff were great. The room we had was small but as we were in it just for sleeping that was fair enough. Pool was pleasant. Rooftop bar was a nice addition. Would come back
