"Damn, the hotel room is very narrow and very bad. Even there is no space to walk in the room, its very different with the photo. The hotel hall smells really bad. Even the bathroom is very small. "No black out curtain the sun directly bright coming in the room when we still want to sleep at 7am The ice maker on 6th floor both broken Shuttle bus not works at 6.30-7.30 The air conditioning keep repeating turn off by itself once we all in deep sleep and make up wakeup 3-4x times sweating and feel super hot so we dont get our 7-8hours straight sleep comfortly I even got running nose and sore throat bcoz of this AC which keep us feel cold and hot all night long and waking up every 1-1.5...

A Complete 5 Star Experience
"What I can say is that the attention to details is what seperate the hotel from other luxury hotels. I think anyone who books a luxury hotel wouldve expected to be greeted upon arriving, to have enough amenities for their stay, to have comfortable bed to sleep in. The difference for us was the details. They knew we brought our son, so seeing us throwing away diapers, they prepared a diaper bin on our second day. Not wanting to disturb us on a late night request for water, they decided to knock and left the water using a bag outside our doors. Going out their way just to find us a taxi, ensuring to the driver that the destination is correct. These are just a few, might be trivial, but we really appreciated the gestures. Of course then we can talk about the breathtaking view from the room, also the complete breakfast, and the wonderful service from the staff. Had a wonderful experience staying here!"
