"Everything was great at this hotel. Staff. Lounge area. Kitchen area. All great. Cannot comment on the included breakfast as we had an early flight and could not stay. The only problem was the room (no 102) which looked like it used to be a public area due to the emergency exit door and 3 exit lights on the ceiling. These lights made it appear like daylight 24/7. We didn’t even need to turn the actual room lights on. And why the emergency exit door? How is this safe in an actual emergency? So...

"This hostel is a fantastic place to stay if you wish to be centrally located in Chinatown and close to all forms of public transit. The room was perfectly adequate, with the exception of the a/c which was fabulous. I wouldn't consider what they offered in the morning as breakfast (bread, jam, peanut butter, cereal), but it was free. They offered instant coffee and tea all day. The staff was friendly and the property was clean. I would stay here again!"

"When I went to check in the dude was nowhere to be found. I walked in and asked around until I found who worked there. The gentleman was in the back with no uniform and barely knew English. He then has me wait in the lobby for 5 minutes, maybe he was making my bed, I don’t know. "It was fine. There is no pool though. There is a public pool a short walk away, but it is not associated with the hostel. I really only booked the room so I could go for a swim, the staff didnt even know anything about how to access the pool, price, or anything. It worked out ok though. The hostel gym is pretty unusable but the single bed pods are nice and staff was friendly."
